Pyramyd Air is an internet retailer and wholesaler selling airguns, airsoft products and accessories to customers around the world. In business since 1993, Pyramyd Air originally sold products only at airgun shows and through a print catalog. Our first website went live in 1996. Ecommerce capability was added in 1999, making us the first U.S. company to accept orders for airguns and pellet guns online.

Today, Pyramyd Air has the largest airgun website in the world. We stock airguns from the finest American, European and Asian manufacturers and our products number over 4,000. Our mission is to grow the shooting community through delivery of stellar products, knowledge and service, ensuring safety and guaranteeing limitless enjoyment. We are located in Solon, Ohio, approximately 25 minutes southeast of downtown Cleveland. Customer Service/Call Center Representative

Under general supervision, conducts and maintains positive interactions with customers and visitors in person, by phone or email. Pyramyd Air's Customer Support Representatives are recognized as experts in the Airgun industry. As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide our customers with an exceptional experience through diligent, prompt follow-up, friendly, honest advice and expert knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer emails in Zendesk.
  • Write self-help articles for website.
  • Talk to customers on the phone.
  • Answering SMS text messages.
  • Work with customers via chat.
  • Respond to social media posts.

Competencies:

  • Captivate customers and enhance their experience.
  • Work with team members to stay informed about new products and trends.
  • Cultivate relationships and help customers feel good about our company.
  • Learn about our products and nuances of the industry.
  • Tech savvy and able to learn new programs such as ERP systems and Zendesk.
  • Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Develops alternative solutions.
  • Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively; Listens and gets clarification when necessary.
  • Written Communication - Writes clearly and concisely; effectively presents numerical data.
  • Teamwork - Balances team and individual responsibilities.
  • Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently.
  • Minimum Experience 1-3 years.
  • Call Center experience a must

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with modern software applications such as Sage, Zendesk, VOIP, CRM applications, Gmail and Slack.
