Things I liked:

I have added the Sig Sauer Quad Shooting Gallery Target to my 5 yard indoor air gun range. At the beginning, I made a mistake and shot the target with a 500 FPS air rifle and it tweaked all 4 targets. This was my fault, not the targets. I took it apart and straightened the bent targets. Now I just use air pistols in the 300 to 350 FPS range and it works great without damaging them. It is very fun and I shoot it a lot.

Things I would have changed:

The extra decals for the target are very flimsy. I instead use 1" Birchwood Casey orange stick-on targets I would also like to see an improved design that keeps more of the spent pellets from bouncing back.

What others should know:

This target and all of the rest of the "knock down" targets (such as Stampede) are bad about bouncing the pellets back toward the shooter. The good thing is that they have very little power left when they escape from the target. My indoor range has shag carpet, so finding spent pellets is difficult. I have solved the problem by laying an old bed sheet down in front of the target and when they land on it, is easy to recover them. I also have a cookie pan that I keep directly in front of the target and it catches most of them. I have only had one that has come back hard enough to reach the shooter and it did not have enough power to hurt anyone. Shooting glasses should always be worn because even a slow moving pellet could cause eye damage. I have added a second Quad Shooting Gallery and a Stampede. I stack all 3 on top of each other and practice rapid fire. It is more challenging than you think and a ton of fun.

Things I liked:

The Sig Sauer Logo looks cool??

Things I would have changed:

Does not meet expectations or as advertised!

What others should know:

I saw the Sig Sauer Quad Shooting Gallery Target system and thought Id give it a try. One thing that encouraged me is that it states for use with Break Barrel / CO2 (12 gr / 90 gr) / PCP Airguns Calibers: .177 / .22 /.25. I also got a custom Crosman 2400kt and thought it would be prefect for this target system. I set the target up at 20 yards and the paddles do not stay down when hit. Also, the targets are getting deformed from the pellet striking them. Two of them are bent backwards so they wont stand up straight and they all seem to be twisted to the right a little. My gun is only shooting around 520 fps in .22 so from their description it should work fine. I'm going to take it apart to see if I might be able to modify things a bit and make it work better. Unfortunately this product did not meet my expectations.

    Things I liked:

I love the size. I have two other pellet traps and they are just too small. This is just what I was waiting for. It is built very well. The target reset feature worked great.

    Things I would have changed:

I would have liked an option for a carrying case to allow one hand to be free to carry the pellet gun case.

    All but one of the

All but one of the targets were bent sideways when it arrived. Some of the targets aren’t falling even when you hear the hit & can see where it hit on the target. I realize that might be where on the target the hit occurred.

    Air gun quad target

Too small. The targets don’t stick down when hit. It arrived with parts loose. Had to fix it. Otherwise made well with quality materials.

It's fun to see the results of my target practice immediately without eye strain.

    Great fun!

Fun inside practice. Shooting P320 and MPX. Not always enough umphh to knock down but Sig's are very accurate and so much fun!

    Things I liked:

Heavy gauge metal (backstop only) does a great job of stopping .22 pellets from my Marauder (pistol) and has a nice cut-out at the bottom so I can pour out all the used pellets afterwards into a jar for casting into lead ingots. Large (extra trapping room, if you miss a target paddle), heavy, and generally *seems* quite sturdy over-all. No complaints, for the money, except for the paddle targets (see below). The rest of the mechanical parts all seem to be holding up ok vs. the .22 pellets from my p-rod.

    Things I would have changed:

Target paddles are made of mild steel and dent / bend easily under use. I hit one with about three 8-round magazines of .22 caliber, 15.43 grain, Gamo Match wadcutters - and it was bent almost 45 degrees to the side when I was done. (I tend to fire low & to the right.) Paddles show obvious denting from the first shot, and don't look like they will last long, at this rate. Definitely a major fault & I would not buy again - I need something heavier, that can be used regularly. This seems like it was meant for BBs & not pellets! VERY unpleasant discovery - color me "rather less-than-satisfied". It really saddens me that Sig did such a great job on hardening all the other parts, but not on the paddles - that is disappointing, esp. from such an otherwise fine & trusted brand name.

    What others should know:

Comes with extra replacement decals for the target paddles & also for the reset paddle, which was unexpected and nice extra. Would be a great buy if the target paddles were not so soft, flexible, and easily twisted/bent after *very* minimal use.

Perfect for the MCX Air Rifle

Perfect for some indoor (safe area) target practice and some friendly competition among friends and family.

    Things I liked:

I have to prop phone books or a cookie sheet behind the target when I shoot my .177 rifle. The pellets push through a seem and have enough power to have penetrated through two sheets of paneling. The seem should be overlapped in the opposite direction to prevent this. The lead pellets have also bowed out the metal in the trap chipping off the paint.

    Things I would have changed:

overlap the seem in the back would eliminate the pellets from passing through the seem.

    Giftee loves it

Visited a long time friend out of state and he was getting used to air guns. He had paper targets with a cardboard back stop. I thought he would enjoy a better target experience so I sent this to him. He called and he is enthusiastically enjoying it.

    Well Worth It!

Well built and fun to use. I use this with my Beeman P17 from 10 yards and am able to knock down all the targets without a problem. The reset is also very satisfying to hit.

    Well made but....

I purchased this Shooting gallery to use with my daughter and my newly purchased Sig Sauer X-Five .177 pellet gun. Several reviews of the gun say it is underpowered compared to Sig Sauer's 400 plus fps rating and given my experience with this gallery, that may be the issue. Whether it is the design of the Gallery or the power of the X-Five, hitting the knockdown targets at any distance fails to knock them down. They flutter back and forth a bit but in order to stay down they need to move 45 degrees back so the magnet they are attached to reached the hold location. Very disappointing. Sig should test the gallery with all of their C02 powered offerings and put a notice on the box and description for ones it will not work with.

    Great Inexpensive practice/teaching tool

I purchased this because I have three Model 226's in various calibers and wanted an inexpensive practice target when I travel and could not bring my handguns. Also good for teaching gun skills without fear of recoil. Excellent for hand eye target acquisition practice. Highly recommend!

    Things I liked:

I love this target...works really well. The metal is holding up well. It leaves very cool pellet imprints.

    Things I would have changed:

You need heavier pellets than 7.33 grain, especially as the gas thins out. Also, if the engraved the target in the metal, you do not need label targets/

    Things I liked:

Fit and finish are very nice and it was packaged very well.

    Things I would have changed:

Allow for use with higher powered pellet guns. the targets are starting to dish out with only a few hits and in the odd instance that the target does stay down, it pops back up with an adjacent shot due to the whole apparatus shaking around. I would guess 700fps .177 or less for this target.

    What others should know:

Not suitable for higher powered guns. Even my Marauder pistol is WAY to much energy for this.
