I like having the extended number of pellets. With the magazine that came with the gun, and a spare, a person has a good number of shots before he has to reload. And, loading is much easier than with some other magazines I use.
Things I would have changed:I would like to see this made from a more substantial material, if not a metal, then a better grade of plastic. Also, I think that the clear plastic discs should be more substantial as they determine how the pellet will load. If they are loose also, the pellet doesn't seat properly. Oh, and man, are they expensive!
What others should know:I have a bit of a problem with things I perceive to be a "precision" item that is made from plastic. If this were made from some kind of metal or a higher grade plastic, it would perform better. But, it would also cost more. They already cost a small fortune. What a choice! As it is, it did not perform perfectly at first, but after installing and removing it maybe 30 or 40 times, it seems to have "warn itself in" and is now performing very well. Just be gentle with it in the beginning. You will be tempted to not push it all the way in until it clicks. Also, check to make sure that the screws in the center of the clear plastic disc are in firmly, but not over tight. The discs don't move, but they need to be firmly in place or the pellets don't load properly.
