Air Venturi Zinger Gallery Target Reviews

Can't say. Bought this new hoping to pick up new skill and have fun. Device sat in box for months while I had to undergo 2 surgeries and move houses. Just took it out 2 days ago, put in batteries released restraining ties and turned on power. The light turned on. Then turned on rheostat control. NOTHING !!! Pyramyd declined to support this and referred me to Air Venturi where I got no responses to calls either answered calls or messages returned. Only after some research did I find out that Air Venturi and Pyramyd share the same address so this was a bogus passing of the buck. For a repeat customer from pyramyd this was very poor customer service, and the deceitful "referral" to Air Venturi was equally disappointing.

Better quality. A device should work after being left untouched in its original box IMHO.

When it worked, it really worked!

Wire connecting motor to batteries broke after a month. I followed all instructions closely and never abused the target.

I emailed PyramidAir a week ago and haven't received a reply. I'll update this review if things change.

Great for learning to shoot at moving target. Lots of fun.

I took it out of the box, put batteries in it turned it on and it moved the targets along just fine. I liked the fact that I could speed them up or slow them down.

I would attach one more target to it. It goes through batteries pretty fast.

Tons of fun shooting a moving target. Really sharpens the eye.

It's a great idea with the moving targets

Quality is mediocre at best. First target I received quit working after about 15 hours of use. Pyramid Air replaced it right away and hassell free. Second target arrived, wire disconnected, track is bent, and a bracket was off. The bent track causes the targets to fall over early losing 1/3 of the target track. The targets also will tip over if a low hit is made on the metal trap, of you get bored trying for the paddles, you can even hit low on purpose and skip the pellets into the paddles...I'm using a FWB300S at approximately 20 yards.

I would not recommend this target unless you plan on some tinkering with it and don't expect a whole lot. With a little work and design changes, it could be a very fun target. Also the second target I received is of a slightly different design as well over the first version. The new one has 2 paddles (not 3), both a bit smaller I believe, and a guide for them to lay on when tipped over.

BATTERIES! Cant have enough.

Perfect size for my indoor range. Relatively heavy construction should be good for medium power lead pellets and maybe the new lead copper coated BBs.

Although the Zinger I received had a severed power cord close to the motor (looks like it was caught/mashed in back panel assembly) connection and was inoperable, I am still satisfied so far because I am taking off the battery pack and motor controls and replacing with an external power converter and remote rf motor controller. I think I will be happy with the finished product.

If I were a normal customer I would have been very unhappy with the inoperable Zinger. The severed wire cannot be accessed for repair without significant disassembly. I'm guessing PyramydAir would have exchanged the defective unit but my plan all along was to convert this to remote operation so all is well.

Moving target is fun.

The targets deform when hit after medium volicty air gun (Walther C02 lever action and Crosman C02 180) you can bend them back but I can not help but think it's not going to last. I would never use my high power springers or PCP 's with this.

The first one I receive started to "Smoke" from the battery compartment. Pyramyd Air was great and replaced it no problem. I have been looking for a good airgun moving target but this unit is just OK, I know it's not going to last.

Nothing it came broken not packed properly just thrown in the box I tried everything to get it to work right out of the box it dont come with extra sticker targets either warning to canadian customers whatever you order from here comes up to big money I order about 100$ worth the stuff and by the time I paid all the fees and shipping it came up to close to a whopping 250$!!! Plus my bbs were missing not in the boxthey only ship fedex and I had to cancel a 10$ crosman 410 Centerpoint scope because they can't ship optics of any kind to canada all in all in order to return there broken air venturi zinger gallery I have to go through a big procedure so I might be out of the money there's a very limited number of fedex in Canada I can count on one hand plus I don't have a printer anymore to print out a return form one thing I will admit there shipping only took 2 days

Not being dumb and ordering from pyramid air if you live in Canada.. because if something comes broken you just can't call up and say hi can you send me a return your forced to do it through there Web site and print out your own slip

If you live in the u.s you are definitely lucky to have pyramid air I'm only dogging them because they choose fedex plus you get charged all the brokerage fees and taxes and customs duty but they have the best variety and prices on the Internet if you live in the u.s

Works great, portable and fun to shoot. My grandsons love it.

Maybe a little heaver gauge steel but them again it's for BB and light pellets.

I would not use any HIGH power guns on it.
