This brush is quieter and doesn't mark my bolts like the spring that came with it

Trying to quiet your crossbow is something we all strive for. The ‘Arrow Retention Brush’ accomplishes this quest in spades for a few dollars and a few minutes of your time. While limb dampeners are an obvious "first-step" in reducing noise, this retention brush replaces the standard leaf spring retention system, thereby removing the source of that annoying "TWANG" you hear as the arrow zips towards your target. The difference is simply astounding, and has by far the biggest impact on quieting your crossbow. Installation is simple due to the excellent instructions provided, and the results will make you wonder “Why didn’t I do this sooner??!?!?” If you are looking to add that extra stealthy touch to your crossbow, look no further. You will not be disappointed!

I added the retention brush and sds at the same time, and boy did it quiet my TenPoint Venom down to a whisper! Absolutely Love it!

The tenpoint rentention brush holds my bolts/arrows so much better than any of the other plastic holders i've used in the past. I dont have to worry about my arrow sliding down when in the tree stand or falling out of place during a downward shot. The arrow stays exactly where it should nice and firm but releases good when the time comes. Highly recommended for any tenpoint bow!

I purchased an Arrow Retention Brush for my Wicked Ridge Raider CLS crossbow before the start of last year's deer season. It was easy to install and it's a lot more quiet and holds the crossbow arrow better than the retention spring.
