I've been shooting the same string for several seasons and not had to do any maintenance except the yearly string waxing. Perfect accuracy and dependability year after year.

Strings fraying ALREADY. Less than a season on the strings. Seige RS410. After maybe 15-20 shots never over cranked, never left cocked and these strings are already falling apart. I should be able to get a season out of a pair of strings this is ridiculous. When you pay this much for a product it needs to last!

new one seems ok, the original failed too soon bow has not been shot very much. Will go with a different manufacture when it needs replaced.

I would have given it 5 stars but the string broke and limb cracked and was going to take 6 weeks to fix.I ended up buying a Nother one to have during season which was the 10 point turbo S1.Should have skipped buying the titanium m1 and got the turbo to begin with.my advice is spend the extra money and get the turbo S1 or better.

I like the double serving. If you maintain it properly, it should last a long time

The center serving on the new string was not even other than that the string is fine

I have had my Vapor470 for about 2 months now. I am getting ready to put on my 5th string. First one broke, one replaced by tenpoint because they didnt like what was going on, two of them lost the serving. At this point i am asking them to replace it one more time, since its been sent back for other issues twice (2 months old). If it doesn't last this time I am asking for a refund or replacement of the bow. I shoot a lot, this and my other bows, but 40 shots per string isn't going to cut it

The original string came off the right side wheel. Disappointingly this happened during the second season hunting with this crossbow. I don't understand why it happened. The arrow was inserted properly.

Overall they suck. I shot maybe 80 times and the string failed. It was at the end loop. Not a wrong arrow, not a misfire. All was correct with the technique. Went off like a rifle. Ended my season on the second day. Gonna keep a close eye on them now!!

Take about 8 or 9 shots before making sight adjustments. Some break in needed for accuracy.

The crossbow is very nice, easy to use and very accurate. But like MANY reviews, the string serving last's less than 50 shots.
