Things I liked: I can see clearly! These are great for my workbench, and also a help when loading a fussy airgun. The temples are adjustable which can help a little to align the bifocal sections to a comfortable degree under your level line of sight. The "plain" section of lenses is big enough that they are easy to view through when shooting (tried 3 differently fitting rifles and 1 pistol, all with iron sights.) Fit is comfortable and perfectly fine for a generic item. Overall performance is comparable to similarly priced shooting glasses that lack the bi-focal feature.

Things I would have changed: Not especially sturdy feeling, perhaps the adjustable temples could be stiffer and more positive in their settings. The P.A. product description says these can be used for "focusing on your sights." This claim is dubious. (The position of the bifocal section does not encourage this use. And at any rate, if your eyes are like mine, looking through the bi-focal section to aim would just cause general blurriness of the entire sight picture, even if you could crane your neck enough to do it.)

What others should know: Just like wearing readers, these cheaters are very nice for close-in work if your vision needs a boost. But, unlike readers, these are built to safety standards for shooting. The bifocals section is down low so it doesn't interfere with aiming, just helps when looking down to load. I like 'em!
