**.45- and 50-cal. mags accept ammo up to .600" long. Do not use .457" round balls in the .45-cal. magazine. Do not use ammo weighing more than 204 grains. Our 176-grain .45-caliber semi-wadcutter is not recommended. The .45-caliber air gun has a .453" bore diameter, and the barrel has 16 grooves with 1:15 right-hand twist. Do not use the Air Venturi bullet with the steel-tipped nose in your .50-caliber magazine. It does not fit.
RoboCop would be jealous of this futuristic PCP, which has all the bells and whistles!
If hunting is your game, this rifle will do you proud. Shoot small- and medium-size pests who destroy your garden, dig up your plants or carry disease. Dispatch them comfortably with one shot, but know that backup shots are readily available with your repeater.
How does it shoot? Is it accurate? Is the repeating mechanism smooth as butter and quick to advance? Yes. Yes. And yes.
Sure, you want power. Sure you want a repeater. But none of that matters if you can't hit the side of a barn from the inside! Evanix guns have a reputation for accuracy, and the Tactical Sniper is no exception
This rifle delivers a hail of lead downrange exactly where you want it. With accuracy and smooth functioning already proven in the other Evanix repeaters, you cannot go wrong with this gun. It's ready to do your bidding.
Tech talk: The Evanix Tactical Sniper and the Evanix Rainstorm II rifles have the same valve, although the valve body sizes are slightly different. The actions are completely different. There are some small changes in the trigger, but the platform is the same. Evanix's ongoing tech improvements include better performance for the hammer weight, hammer spring and valve return spring.
Tech talk about the .45-caliber gun: The trigger-pull is 6 lbs., 11 oz. Our tech department got 12 usable shots per fill, which took the reservoir pressure from 3,000 psi down to 1,400 psi. The rifle has a different flash hider than the other Tactical Sniper calibers. It's 41" long, has 21.50" barrel and weighs 9 lbs.
Tech talk: The .50-caliber barrel has a 1:18 twist, a bore diameter of 12.6mm (.49606") and a groove depth of 0.06mm (.0023622047").

Things I liked: Looks, adjustable rests, accuracy
Things I would have changed: Better butt pad
What others should know: Don't use 185 grain Air Venturi hollow points in, they jam. Like a dummy I purchased 800 of these so I have a lot of jams ahead of me....
Things I liked: I like the look and feel of the gun
Things I would have changed: The design of the valve body
What others should know: I bought the .45 refurbished,i got the gun mounted my scope and flashlight, filled with air and it was leaking.sent it back it got repaired, got it back filled with air and ok.mounted my scope and flashlight, fired two mags and leaking air in same spot.sent it back for a refund, very disappointed.
Things I liked: This rifle is absolutely outstanding! I purchased the .357 and just got to fire it today. At 50 yards (the longest range in my area) I was able to hit THE SAME HOLE OVER AND OVER!!! Phenomenal! Not only that but this rifle is a crowd pleaser; it drew good attention and people were interested in what it was at the range and amazed by its power and accuracy. I would recommend, however, taking it to the range if you do not have a lot of land as it can be rather loud and is dangerous due the he fps and caliber options.
Things I would have changed: Nothing.
What others should know: I would recommend a scope; I purchase a UTG 3-12x43 SWAT scope which is perfect for this rifle. I may also recommend a bi-pod, but that is just my preference.

Does anyone know the max length for .30 ammo that can be loaded into the magazine?
Hi! I'm wondering if you can hunt with this gun during firearms and bow season, and does it have any advantages over a rifle or shotgun?
That depends on the laws of the area you are hunting in. You'd need to check with the department of fish/game or wildlife to find out for sure.
My evanix tactical sniper rifle in .357 is reading 100 bar but is 200 bar according to to the gauge on my hill pump. Is this a faulty air gauge on my rifle?
Do you have a chronograph? You could shoot a shot string with the gun and determine pretty quickly, which one is correct. You should be getting 1.5 to 2 mags worth of shots on a full fill.
To fill your PCP gun:
1.Pick a source of air shown at right
2.If an adapter is needed, one will be shown
3.Add both to your cart to get hooked up
