It was good while it lasted. Nice replica of a 1911 platform handgun, good for training. However, the trigger gave out after a few thousand shots. Granted, I did dry fire practice with it a lot. Between dry firing and shooting I probably got 5 to 6 thousand trigger pulls out of it.
Things I would have changed:It just didn't last as long as I would have liked.

After I insert the air cartridge and re-engage the cartridge lever, it doesn't lock in place. Remains floppy and loose. Is this normal?
My 1911 was sitting in the truck on a hot day and the C02 chamber O' ring blow out. I disassembled the gum and replaced the O' ring everything seams to be right. I can chamber a BB by pulling the slide back and then shooting it but the blow back won't push the slide far enough back to cock the hammer for the next round so I have to cock again with the slide. The gun shoots fine has the same power as it did before.. what do you think would cause this problem what might I have assembled wrong or what might I have missed when putting it back together
Does this gun have a grip safety, and does the rail stay back when you fried the last shot and is it all metal
Grip safety is for show.rail stays back after last shot.gun is all metal except grips.nice weight.highly recommend.very realistic

Good heft and balance, about the same weight as my 9mm empty. Looks good with the classic 1911 styling. I like the easy c02 load just by pushing up on the lever. Easy to unload the spent co2 by pulling the lever and pushing the button to the side and the co2 just drops out. Not sure why peeps be complaining about the co2 load and unload other than they don't know how to do it. I like that the mags are plastic too because it keeps the price down to just $5 each. And since the mags are inside the gun the only time you see them is when reloading. If metal it would ad $15 or more the gun or for extras. Lots of guns have abandoned metal mags for light weight and cheaper polymer/plastic mags. So far probably 4000 or more rounds through it with no issues. Pretty powerful enough to punch in and out of a Campbells soup can at 15 or 20 feet. I like this better than the competition like Tanfanglio witness because its more powerful.
Things I would have changed:The weakest point is the way the grips look. But thats an easy fix because painted mine with a custom look that now looks good. When I get tired of the look I will paint them again with a different look.
What others should know:All I can say in my opinion this is the best performing fps 1911 out there.
