10 of 39 Hyper-Velocity Field Pellets, Type 1 .22 (5.5mm) Cal Reviews
I wanted to test these through my chronograph since they are so light. They bring the muzzle velocity real close or even a little faster than FPS advertised.
A very interesting concept that seemed like it would work well (especially in somewhat anemic air gun power-plants). In reality they are too inconsistent to achieve that goal. The packaging is well above "par" with the more desirable screw-off lids helping to prevent unwanted spillage.
Things I Would Have ChangedThe size of the actual sabot varies from pellet to pellet making these extremely inconsistent in velocity and accuracy.
What Others Should KnowTis COULD be a really nice product with a little more "quality control." Until then, they are little more than a novelty.
They work grate best pellet there is
Things I Would Have ChangedNothing
Lead free, safer for handling, nonpolluting!
Things I Would Have ChangedI haven't shot this brand of projectile to change anything.
What Others Should KnowI have shot a similar projectile that I purchased from pryamyd air, the price is simular, but the performance was 60% bad 35% good 15% well I'll have to guess with you on those, very inconsistent even at close range. Hopefully the casing in more uniform and not oblong causing less spoilers.
After I shaved the tip it was impressive to see it go through two boards of 3/4" plywood
What Others Should KnowTHESE PELLETS WILL NOT WORK ON A HATSAN ELITE .22 PCP RIFLE
THEY ARE ABOUT 1 MILLIMETER TOO LONG!!!
they shoot great ive used them in my crosman 2240 pistol plus in my crosman vantage np and also in my ruger impact 22 rifle an I love them ive shot up 200 shots an have another 300 on their way to me now
Things I Would Have Changednothing
What Others Should Knowthese are great for the money you cant go wrong here
Good non-lead alternative for lower-velocity 1322 pistol and Chinese B3 rifle.
Things I Would Have Changedprice per pellet
What Others Should KnowI tried these plastic sabot type pellets with the idea that they might be more uniform with a plastic body than lead, and would give more consistent ballistics. I have NOT found that to be so. These are OK, and if you live in a state where lead is not allowed, these are a good alternative. But for the money, I'll stick with lead. In this weight, I'd rather go with RWS Hobby.
LEEAD FREE, STEEL DESIGN-WON'T BUCKLE UNDER STRESS, PLASTIC CASING SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCES BARREL DRAG AND DAMAGE.
Fast and accurate when they don't fall out of the barrel before firing.
Things I Would Have ChangedQuality control
What Others Should Know40% of these fell right through the barrel of my Crosman 2240 when the barrel tip is pointed down.

Meet idea, horrible accuracy
Things I Would Have ChangedMake them accurate
What Others Should KnowComplete waste of money imo. My groups are so large I cant hit a pop can at 5 yards with my browning 800. Then shoot 3 inch plus groups at 23 yards out of my Walther talon.
