To insert a CO2 cartridge, remove the mag from the gun. Depress the latch to slide the baseplate off the mag. Unscrew the cover of the CO2 chamber to reveal the cavity where the 12-gram CO2 cartridge is placed. Insert a 12-gram CO2 cartridge, replace the screw-on cap so it's tight enough to pierce and secure the CO2 cartridge. Put the baseplate back on the mag.

To load the mag with BBs, remove the mag from the gun. Pull back on the spring-loaded follower. Insert the tip of the speedloader in the slot as shown and start loading BBs. Release the follower so it contacts the bottom BB. Insert the mag in the gun's grip.
