.22 Quest 800X has fiber optic front and rear (adjustable) sights, a built-in scope stop and hardwood Monte Carlo stock. Includes 4x32 scope (not mounted). In Stock
Includes 4x32mm scope (not mounted). Take small game, plink or shoot targets with the Quest 800. This rifle sends .22 pellets screaming out the barrel at 800 fps! With only 37 lbs. cocking effort, this lightweight, powerful rifle is ideal for hours of serious shooting.
The hardwood stock on this spring-piston breakbarrel rifle has a Monte Carlo buttstock. Details on this rifle make it obvious that Crosman put a lot of thought into the design of this handsome all-round airgun. The fiber optic front and rear (fully adjustable) sights (green front, two-dot red rear) ensure ease in acquiring your targets, even at dusk and dawn. To get the most accuracy from this rifle, mount the included scope on the 11mm dovetails. Don't worry about your mounts sliding off the dovetails; Crosman included a scope stop to support them whenever this powerhouse fires!
The two-stage trigger is adjustable only for take-up (length of the first stage).

Things I would have changed:Ditch the included scope.its useless and i knew it would be. ebay is a good way to get your money back on it.I bought a 6-24 by 50 illuminated scope and some leapers high rings. Also, because the barrel needs a slap to open the breach, there should be a rubberized slapping handle.I literally slapped that barrel 500 times today and im feeling it(moreso than the strain of cocking it).Aside from the slapping and the scope, the guns great.i never tested the open sights so i cant comment. What others should know:Do not give this to a kid, especially an irresponsible one like i was.Its too powerful and they probably wont like cocking it anyway.Invest money in a good scope and rings,i went to 2 different sites to source these items, with no regrets!Skip the 3-9 and jump right to 16 power scopes. After 2 weeks your gonna want one anyway.i jumped to 24x because thats all i could fit and still be able to load the gun.Get a bipod, even a 20 dollar universal does the trick for table shooting and double check your clearance when cocking before you bolt it down.I now have a 230 dollar setup, and my friends think it was 500.With a trigger tune,it would surely compete with the best. thx pyramid,Rob M

Things I liked:Power and price and .22 hitting power. Rips thorugh fenmce board and takes out squirrels at 30 yards...no problem. Things I would have changed:Trigger is a wee bit stiff, but who cares, you get over it in about 25 shots and figure out the best way to squeeze. It keeps the challenge high for this inexpensive plinker

Accuracy is not bad, and even though it isn't meant to be a competition grade rifle, for an entry level, inexpensive model, it does it's job very well. Power is quite impressive, and is consistent from shot to shot. The trigger is the worst part of this rifle. The included scope is surprisingly well made, and easily adjusted. This is a good little rifle at a great price. Things I would have changed:The trigger could be a lot better. I would give the scope as an option, instead of including it in a package. What others should know:Once you receive the rifle, clean the barrel thoroughly before the first shot. There are many ways to accomplish it, but give it a real good cleaning first. I have seen where there are complaints of dieseling for the first 10 to 20 or so shots, but I did not have any dieseling problems at all. Next, expect to change out the trigger with an aftermarket one. It makes a big difference.
