Things I liked: I like the overall design compared to other competitors. It much quieter than expected that you can use it in the home with minimum disturbance. It is very easy to operated and to maintain. There are panels on all sides to help protect form damage to vital components and yourself. It is very portable for one person and easier with two. Most of all the price is right compared to other models.

Things I would have changed: I would like to have a digital gauge instead of the analog one.

What others should know: Please follow instructions completely before operating.

Things I liked: The compressor comes to your door by truck and is very well packaged. It works great and it is nice to have a unlimited supply of air. Now I want to let everybody know about one thing to look out for. Watch out for air in the cooling lines.Do not put the covers back on the compressor during initial start up. There maybe air in the cooling lines you will see this right away 2 ways 1 temp rises super fast 2 air in the cooling lines. I used a myty vac to suck the air out. Attach your mity vac to the cylinder on the coolant side and pump the air out. You will know when the air is gone just by looking. When you start pumping air into your tank the temp. should be around 68c. Have fun and shoot safe.

Things I would have changed: nuff said

What others should know: Good buy if you shoot alot

  • patrick from USA asked:

What fitting will I need to fill fx royal straight from compressor

    • Tyler from USA:

Nothing needed. The Royale has a male QD fitting, the end of the hose on the compressor is a female. You'd be able to snap it right on.

  • Mitch from USA asked:

I'm 98% sure this question has not going to ask how hot does the 90 CI bottle get when being Filled from zero to 4500 PSI in the 15 minutes that it takes reason I'm asking is I'm trying to find out if you need to top off after bottle cools down from the filling procedure

    • Tyler from USA:

Normal operating pressure as we were testing them was around 75C. We had a few units go a little above this but no more than 5-7C. That's typically only when filling larger bottles. The only time I've seen one go over 80C was when we checked to see how hot it will get with one of the pre-production units without water. That unit went over 95C. There is a shut off built in that should stop the compressor if it goes above 95C.

    • Mitch from USA:

Tyler thank you for your help I have one more question for you what is normal operating temperature for this compressor for instance if I had the right oil in it and I filled a 90 CI bottle from 0 to 4500 PSI what temperature should the compressor be at and if I don't have to worry about a cold start can I put in a 15 w40 or an ISO equivalent ISO is what you use in compressors or vacuum pumps usually is a non detergent

    • Tyler from USA:

Mitch, my experience thus far, it does not get hot enough to truly require topping off again. On a 90 CI bottle, I've seen around 100 psi drop when filling from 3000 psi to 4500 psi

  • Mitch from USA asked:

Here are the answers to the most common questions all rolled up into one, yes there is a water filter on the intake and outtake but it is not a desiccant filter, spare parts are available there are extra filter and O-rings that come with, antifreeze and purple ice okay, synthetic oil and air compressor oil also okay, it runs off 110v 15 amp, yes you can fill your gun directly from the compressor, yes it will fill scuba tanks although bigger ones you may have to let compressor cool down after 1.5 hours of use, no you don't need an extra compressor like the shoebox, it is as loud as a house blender and or 90db

    • Luis from USA:

      Thanks for for your help!
