Benjamin Katana Stock, Fits the Discovery

Wider and easier to hold for me.Much easier to aim quicker with comb on butt stock and sights in much better.

Maybe a little checkering to dress her up buy ill do that myself

Its a bit wider then discover stock so some may not like it.Weight isnt much different to me.dont forget to remove barrel band so you dont damage gun before mounting it in the stock,slide it forward to fit,

The stock is very well finished nice buttpad. When you get ready to take a shot the Katana stock lines your eye up with the scope with the original stock you had to move it around to center the scope. The sling mounts are very nice just installed a 1" sling leather with brass frogs. The whole package is very nice.

The stock I purchased was not a perfect fit that is to be expected. A little sanding around the trigger I also left the barrel band in the stock position had to carve a new groove for the band about ten min. with a chisel. Bottom line money well spent.

It fits perfect and looks good with my discovery.

This item is a great reasonably priced upgrade for the Disco. The drop in fit was perfect. The finish is good, the color is good, the size, weight and feel is good. There was a small inconsistancy in finish at the grip cap otherwise it is attractive and looks better than my Marauder.

Offer it unfinished, add checkering or the Benjamin laser etched logo as the Marauder has.

The barrel band must be moved fwd leaving a countersunk dimple on the top of the barrel. I was concerned that the change would affect barrel harmonics & accuracy but it did not. The gun shoots possibly better.

Very nice stock,I couldn't believe how nice it was and it fit perfect.I liked the cheek piece and the grain and the even stain all over. With the Katana stock on the Discovery it's like having a new gun. Great item.

Maybe make the stock availible in a slightly longer length.That's all

Yes, you must move the barrel band up to fit in the band groove of the new stock,and that it comes with a longer stock screw that must be installed.That's all evereything fits perfect.
