Things I liked:not really anything Things I would have changed:Different bottle. This one is totally cheap and does not seal at all. By the time I received this, over 1/2 of the oil had leaked out and soaked into the cardboard package. There is really no seal on the end, just the dripper and a loose-fitting cap and any temp change will allow the oil to come out if not kept perfectly straight up. Very poor packaging for this product. What little was left, I put in a QUALITY dropper bottle. What others should know:Buy something else! This is a total waste of money. Things I liked:All airsoft need proper lubrication and this silicon oil is great stuff. It made a very noticeable difference in our 2 pistols- easier to cock, and smoother action. The applicator tip is great for getting the oil exactly where you want it, and not wasting it.

The customer service at Pyramyd Air is outstanding- it couldn’t be any better. This has made me a huge fan. Let me explain below- Things I would have changed:If you’ve read all the other reviews of this product, you’ll see there IS a problem with it- not the product itself, it’s great, but with the packaging. My first bottle arrived completely empty, the contents absorbed by all the paperwork and other items I had ordered that were in the box. For such a small bottle, it really went a long way! I emailed customer service and told them what I had received. I offered to package it all back up and return it. Within a couple hours I received a response saying no, don’t worry about returning it, and a new bottle is already on the way to me. I received the replacement bottle 2 days later and guess what, IT was empty, too. It looked like maybe Pyramyd had taken the other comments to heart and really torqued the cap down tight- so tight it split the top off the bottle, removing the threaded portion. So, I sent another email to customer service. Within an hour I received a concerned response, asking questions about the packaging, did anything appear inadequate, etc. (no, it was very well packaged, but the cap appeared over-tightened), and told me they would review the order. The got back to me about 3 hours later saying that everything appeared in order, and the only thing they could do was to very carefully package another bottle and ship it. They got it out that same day, and it arrived 2 days later, thankfully in-tact. So, while it took a week longer than it should have to receive my product, it wasn’t due to lack of effort. What others should know:I wanted the oil to really permeate the inside action, so I used my air compressor and blew air through the gun after applying the oil for the first time- that really helped distribute the oil. – Don’t use too high a pressure though.
