If field target is your sport, then the R11 MKII rifle is your gun. The stained beech stock sports a cheekpiece that can be adjusted up almost 2" and a buttplate that offers comparable adjustment. You'll feel like this rifle is part of your body!

The famous German Rekord trigger's adjustability gives you another edge over your competitors. Since the rifle is built for competition, there are no open sights. The 11mm dovetail grooves are cut into the receiver and make it easy to add a scope.

Of course, you don't have to shoot field target to enjoy the R11 MKII. Plinking, shooting spinners, knocking down metallic silhouettes and slicing through paper targets are even more fun when you always hit your mark.

Don't forget to pick up a variety of recommended pellets so you can determine which ones shoot best in your R11 MkII air rifle. You'll need a scope, too, since this air rifle doesn't have open sights.

Things I liked:

The bluing and stock finish are excellent . I have shot approx 500 pellets very accurate my favorite springer wished i had bought sooner. i waited 3 months for it become available well worth the wait. weighted barrel helps with stabilty of gun and adjustable stock can be made to fit each shooter.

Things I would have changed:

very annoying spring twang hope it breaks in. Very expensive. spring twang dosent effect accursary.

What others should know:

If your on the fence and can afford it i highly recommend buying an r11 or hw98 mine is .177 now i want a .22 .I have a tx200 , R1, HW77,R7 and prosport. the R11 is my most prized wish i had bought first.

Things I liked:

This air rifle is a joy to cock and shoot, it is so accurate that it out shoots my skills. Very easy to cock and heavy enough for good standing shooting. The quality of the stock metal work is amazing, and it is a head turner at the range, everyone wants to know what it is and gives compliments about it ;-). I am getting 1/2 inch groups at 40 yards with light wind out of it,it is awesome !

Things I would have changed:

The way they installed the barrel shroud is impossible to remove it! I wanted to have a suppressor on it but, it won't fit with the sleeve on it. It has a lot of twang from the spring also. That would be the only negatives from me on this beautiful piece of art!

What others should know:

Once I installed a Vortek kit on it, it is a really tack driver,no spring noise and I can hit soda cans at a 100 yards and people can't believe is .177 spring air rifle I am shooting! It has been transformed to a Jewel now

Things I liked:

Overall quality and feel is great. Accuracy is superb. After 600 pellets shooting sub MOA groups at 25 yards. The spring action is smooth with little recoil shooting 10.6 gr pellets. Everything about this rifle feels and works right. It is a joy to shoot

Things I would have changed:

Two things: One the scope grooves need to be longer to accommodate proper eye relief on a longer scope. Two the trigger guard is not at the same standard as the rest of the rifle. Dull bluing with a visible parting line. This rifle deserves a more refined guard that matches the craftsmanship of the rest of the rifle

What others should know:

If you are going to put a longer, 50mm objective scope on this rifle get extended rings. This will allow proper eye relief without having the front ring against the turrets.

  • john from USA asked:

what would this gun with a 10.5 gr pellet be rated in ft. pounds

    • eugene from USA answered:

r11 is a same power plant as r9, and with cp10.5 you can expect 750-760 fps, 925 is too much to ask even from beeman rx2

    • Haans from USA answered:

My gun was at 15.9 FPE with the factory spring. It is at 14.5 FPE with a cut down Vortek spring.

    • Paul from USA answered:

At 925 fps you would get around 20 ft.lb.s.

  • nik from USA asked:

Is this rifle really twice the gun? cause is 3x price of Rws 34.

    • Tyler Patner from USA answered:

The trigger is far superior to the RWS trigger. The adjust-ability of the stock is a huge plus and we don't see issues with barrel droop very often either.

  • nik from USA asked:

Can I mount a red dot sight on this?

    • Tyler Patner from USA answered:

Any red dot that uses an 11mm dovetail would be able to mount to this gun.
