| The 760 Pumpmaster with a black synthetic stock, silver barrel and black 4x scope. This is what all the other multi-pump pneumatics want to be! In production for decades, over 10 million 760s have been sold. It shoots BBs (as a repeater) or .177 pellets (5-shot clip) and does so with power and accuracy. At less than 3 lbs., it's a great starter air rifle. The Pumpmaster takes up to 10 pumps to send BBs 625 fps and pellets 600 fps. The checkering on the grip and the grooves on the pump handle make it that much easier to get a grip and stay on target. Ideal for plinking and target shooting. (Never shoot BBs at metal objects!) It's so light that you can shoot all day! Suitable for younger shooters (with adult supervision) and smaller adults. Pellets are loaded into a 5-shot manual clip, while BBs have an 18-shot magazine, which is fed from the 200-shot reservoir. Includes a fiber optic front sight and a rear sight that's adjustable for elevation. The 4x scope has a focusing eyepiece, coated lenses and turret adjustments. Things I liked:powerful Things I would have changed:Accuracy. Is not accurate at all with bbs or pellets, used crossman copperhead bbs and tried 3 brands of pellets. What others should know:It shoots all over the place. No consistency. Things I would have changed:i wish the back sights were adjustable side to side so you can dial in the gun better, but for the most part i like the gun and my son like it too
What others should know:the scoop may or may not be a good thing for younger shooter, i kinda beleive you need to be able to hit with open sights before you use a scoop. but for the price, it is a great gun even if you just put the scoop on a shelf for later, at least you have if you want it ..... but you will need to adjust the scoop and dial it in, which may or may not be a easy thing, depends on if you like scoops or not. me i just but in on the shelf.
