| Includes 4x32mm scope (not mounted). Take small game, plink or shoot targets with the Quest 1000. This rifle sends .177 pellets screaming out the barrel at 1,000 fps! With only 31.5 lbs. cocking effort, this lightweight, powerful rifle is ideal for hours of serious shooting. The hardwood stock on this spring-piston breakbarrel rifle has a Monte Carlo buttstock. Details on this rifle make it obvious that Crosman put a lot of thought into the design of this handsome all-round airgun. The fiber optic front and rear (fully adjustable) sights (green front, two-dot red rear) ensure ease in acquiring your targets, even at dusk and dawn. To get the most accuracy from this rifle, mount the included scope on the 11mm dovetails. Don't worry about your mounts sliding off the dovetails; Crosman included a scope stop to support them whenever this powerhouse fires! The two-stage trigger is adjustable only for take-up (length of the first stage). Click for scope specifications

Reviews summary Crosman Quest 1000X Breakbarrel Air Rifle
Things I liked:It's a strong rifle and it will last for years. Power wise it's up there or maybe beyond the other rifles advertised as 1000. Good wood and steel. Things I would have changed:THE TRIGGER IT'S SUPER HEAVY. The sights are plastic very cheap but that the price range. Trigger pull is so hard that it takes all your concentration What others should know:The front sight is easy to break if one is not careful it comes open with no protecting hood. As for scoping this rifle mine came with the scope but I never could get it to zero well . The groups at 20 yards were way to open. On the other hand it shot fairly decent with open sights. Comments
The comment from Chevota about adjusting the objective lens to change the parallax will not work: This scope does not have an adjustable objective. The parallax is fixed at a specific distance. Most scopes that come with airguns have the parallax fixed at 35 yards.
The sighting problem is probably the parallax. Seems most scopes are set for a further distance, so adjust that via the front lens
Thank you Steve I'm ready to order it, but when I get it the hard thing will be to decide if the quest 1000 is worth the cost of the grt III. I have a Gamo Socom extreme also it's probably in line for the GRT
You can get a upgraded trigger such as a GRTIII Things I liked:Really good airguns for beginner Things I would have changed:Better acuracy & better scope
