Things I would have changed:wish there was some sought of steel sights. scope need to be replaced for serious hunters but average plinkers or target shooter will love it

Things I liked:Very accurate. All black color. The price.
Things I would have changed:Offer this gun a little cheaper without the scope. Add iron sights as an option. Example like when you check a box on purchase if you want .177 or .22 caliber. Check box if you want iron sights or scope. I know this gun is not available in .22 but I am using this as an example.
What others should know:So now that I have this with the nitro piston I upgraded it with the following. Charliedatuna trigger. Worth every bit of $30.00 dollars. Very easy to install. You will be most happy with this mod. Add a RWS 6x42 rifle scope and the Accushot 30mm high profile rings. So now I got a rifle that is NOT FOR SALE. I love it!!!

    • James from USA asked:

One person mentioned a 3x5x30(?)?mm RC bearing he bought at a local store for the trigger, I think. What store? Is there a better ID name than the measurements? How does it install?

      • Chevota from USA:

That bearing/washer mod can be found on youtube or airgun forums. It's a very easy fix, but far from ideal and often dangerous because the triggers vary so while one might be fine the next will fire without warning. I have better fixes if you want; chevota at hotmail

    • Richard from USA asked:

Is the stock adjustable on this gun ?

      • Stanley from USA:

Not adjustable for length of pull.

    • kevin from USA asked:

Does the crossmanT77 require sping oil

      • Chevota from USA:

That rmcoil is only for the chamber btw, do not use it anywhere else on the gun. If/when you oil the spring, which is really more for the piston skirt, then use grease if possible, or heavy motor oil. I use motor oil for the chamber too, which I firmly believe is better than rmcoil, but that is as hot a topic as religion. Silicone=creation, motor oil=evolution ;)

      • Dan the Man from USA:

According to Crosman: To ensure that your air rifle maintains uniform power, it is important that you apply a drop of Crosman RMCOIL every few hundred shots into the compression chamber. (Fig. 8) The external metal parts should be cleaned with a cloth that has RMCOIL on it. CAUTION: Use Crosman RMCOIL only and do not over-oil. To do so can cause possible damage to the gun and injury to the shooter and bystanders
