The Gamo CFX is the ideal rifle for the shooter that wants power plus the accuracy of a fixed barrel rifle without having to pump the rifle 8 or 10 times. The CFX delivers 1200 fps with PBA pellets and 1000 fps with lead ammo. Features a rifled steel barrel with a grooved receiver for mounting a scope, fiber optic sights, a rugged synthetic stock and two-stage trigger. Very accurate and powerful. When the rifle is cocked, the rotary breech lets you place a pellet directly into the barrel. The barrel stays at a fixed position when cocking. The Gamo CF-X comes with Truglo Fiber Optic sights, a black, all-weather stock with a ventilated butt pad, twin raised cheekpieces, and textured grip & forearm. Things I would have changed:The trigger takes a bit of getting used to, the recoil is a little large but what do you expect from an Air rifle. What others should know:very nice air rifle that takes a bit of getting used to but it's definitely worth the $350 i paid for it in AUS
Things I would have changed:Too much plastic parts(front sight,underlever lock,stock,scope riser) on this "Gun" i prefer to called it "Toys"... Stock was to light cause Terrible Shock and Vibration. What others should know:be carefull on flimsy and"flexy"Plastic front sight. use one piece scope mount for better scope grip and eliminate scope movement. PRICE DOESN'T LIE.My Whelrauch HW77 cannot be compared againts This cheap "toy". Comments
the scope riser is metal. If you made it without any plastic it would be too heavy to shoot from your shoulder
Things I would have changed:As stated above, the trigger is the only thing I would change - must be a safety/liability issue
