Things I liked: The gun is very nice to shoot and accuracy is good. I did find it will not shoot gold raptor from gamo it don't like them.
Things I would have changed: no
What others should know: It's a very good hand gun.
Things I liked: Handsome precision shooting instrument. Proper heft without getting tiresome. Excellent balance. I have a large hand so the grip just needed some light filing at the fingertips & thumb pressure points to customize a perfect fit. Even if you've been shooting for years, this pistol will teach you to become more aware of your shooting style. Responds to absolutely the slightest nuances of pressure and position. Fantastic. I've never shot anything even close to this pistol's elegance. Say what you like about Russian political philosophy, their engineering & design is top-notch.
Things I would have changed: My M46 came with the "medium-coarse" iron sights installed. I switched to the finer front blade and got excellent results. I might file the sight blade a bit more...another 10-15% narrower would be perfect. A carbon-fiber cleaning rod might have been better than the included brass (less risk of damaging the barrel's fine internal rifling, especially near the muzzle). A wooden carry case would also be great. This gun deserves it.
What others should know: Paul's video calls the front blade a "replacement" part, but it's actually an optional narrower sight blade allowing the shooter to customize/refine to taste. Similarly, the rear sight is reversibe (top/bottom) with a "coarser" and a "finer" window option, as does the 2nd (included) additional rear sight, so the shooter can choose from the four possibilities which option he wants. Nice set of cleaning and adjustment tools are included, as well as spare rubber seals for the pneumatics. It's expensive, granted, but rest assured you are getting world-class quality.
Things I liked: Accurate, easy to understand, and it lasts. I've had mine for years.
Things I would have changed: Nothing, really, since it is built for accuracy and delivers in that department. It also comes with tools.
What others should know: It has no safety. The trigger is VARY sensitive. Every time I hand it to someone, I tell them: "Do not TRY to touch the trigger until the gun is pointed at the target." Then, about 55% of the time, they set it off anyway. Don't expect to hunt with this. It'll just irritate squirrels.
Already have the pistol. Where do I get the scope adaptor separately as I don't see it on the Pyramid site ?
