These unique hollowpoints are ideally suited for hunting. Use with magnum air rifles. The mushrooming head delivers a shocking blow on impact.

This pellet does not need a Phillips screw driver (as was suggested to us by a customer at one of the shows). It needs a powerful air rifle. Yes, this is a hunting pellet and expansion is quite incredible due to the incisions in the head.

Things I liked: Quality.

Things I would have changed: I am not sure.

What others should know: I have only tried these in one air rifle so far. Baracudas performed better and Field Target performed much better than these, however they did perform better than the JSBs and Crosman Premiers I tried. The air rifle is a Webley/Hatsan Tomahawk.

Things I liked: They shoot wonderful, spot on accurate out to 75 yds, just like the JSB's

Things I would have changed: The specification; it's not quite true or accurate. I weighed 15 separate pellets, on my Lyman 1500 micro-touch digital scale. Only One, [ 1 ], UNO, weighed 19.1 grains. All others were 18.7.3, 18.5, 18.4; with 18.5 being the most common. They shoot fine because I primarily shoot the JSB 18.3gr pellet.

What others should know: Nope, good pellet, just doesn't weigh it's advertised weight

Things I liked: i like that they hit pretty hard and seem to be very accurate ( i did have some fliers though ) but not many. i don't have a chrony so no numbers on them, but they'er heavy and still they seem to blaze out of my hatsan bt65 .22 cal. so far my rifle likes these the best. i'm getting good groups on quarter size targets at 50 yards. i think i can do better than that though if my gun was properly tuned. if you have a pcp or a rifle that can handle heavier pellets give these a try.

Things I would have changed: nothing but the amount per can. should be at least 250.

What others should know: i think these will work better in magnum springers/pistons or pcp's .

WILL THIS BE A GOOD PELLET FOR THE GAMO BIG CAT 1250

      • Geoffrey from USA asked:

Would this be good for Umarex Octane?

        • Chris from USA:

I own the Umarex Octane in .22 CAL. I have been shooting the H&N Field Target Trophy and WOW, very accurate. I am going to try the Baracuda match for this gun as well. If you're looking for an accurate pellet. Choose either the Field Target Trophy, or Baracuda match. So far I have seen less accuracy with a hollowpoint pellet, but I have not tried the hunter extreme.
