Things I liked:

Very light even in the longer sniper model. Accurate and hard hitting even in the .22 cal. Versatile to be a field target gun, hunting, etc. Like the bipod rail placement.

Things I would have changed:

Love the adjustability of power with both the regulator and hammer spring, but just wish the regulator could be adjusted without taking off the stock. Comes out of the box slightly under powered, but that is okay. Love that is comes in a case...just wish the case was long enough to include the moderator. Same with my Crown...for both guns I have to take moderator on and off to get in and out of case...seriously FX you could not make it 6 inches longer!

What others should know:

I purchased the FX Sniper in a .22 because it was the only caliber available and I have a problem with being impatient. I would get this powerhouse in a .25 or larger if I could. So...I purchased the JSB redesigned 25.39 gr monsters and turned moderator to 135 to 140 bar and now it shoots at 950 FPS or about 51 foot pounds! Shoots out to 100 yards in tight sub MOA groups. I was pleasantly surprised because it does not come with the FX slug liner, but also shoots FX and JSB slugs both at 100 yards at 1.5 inch groups. This was important to me because I want to shoot coyotes at 75 to 100 yards at my friends ranch. The slugs will carry enough ft lbs. to humanity take predators at that distance.

Things I liked:

The body and charging mechanism appears sturdy. It is quiet with a DonnyFL moderator

Things I would have changed:

Massive issue: The barrel has flex to it. The chassis and scope are mounted solidly together but the barrel flexes, therefore destroying accuracy. My magazine kept falling out and it jammed. FX fixed it and mailed it back. FedEx lost it. They underinsured it. They were nice enough to replace it with the same model but with ai inferior moderator and scope. It wouldn't accept a charge. It is now back in their hands. Ugh.

What others should know:

Pyramid air is a good vendor.

    Things I liked:

Fairly lite, the cocking lever placement is outstanding, it allows you to reload without having to take your eyes off your target and it has a very smooth act. It came with a hard case.

    Things I would have changed:

I would add a support between the air tank and barrel, tend to pick up my rifle by the barrel, which may not be a good practice, but once you add a scope and bipod, you are limited to how you handle your rifle. Which is not necessarily a bad thing it forces you to handle it with care.

    Things I liked:

The Wildcats are light weight and the stock makes it a joy to hold, it just has that feel like it's part of your body. Built quality, well it's an FX you need to say nothing else. It is very accurate and likes many different brands if pellets but the JSB 18.13's seem to do the best with the H&N's right there with them. I am so glad they changed the magazines to accept the same ones that the Dreamline and Maverick use as you can swap them back and forth between different guns of the same caliber. If they only made one rifle this is the one it should be.

    Things I would have changed:

The main gripes about the Wildcat and there isn't many would be they need a barrel band so that the barrel if bumped wouldn't flex as much as it does and the scope rail should have moa drop built into it like the others.

    What others should know:

In the FX line I have a Dreamline, and two Mavericks as well as the Wildcat now and I'm going to warn you right now this will be your go to gun and it will spoil you.

    power ...

    Things I would have changed:

The mag is not easy to fill and use has to be inserted perfectly to cycle ...Gun came without the barrel installed after almost a 4 month wait that Sucks ..no instructions for installation...I have a Mk11 mags can be filled and loaded in half the time without jams ..

    What others should know:

The supplier wants you to pay the extra bucks to complete the rifle but there was no communication of this when ordering

The design, weight and FPE are great.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing other than the manufacturer's final testing of the product before it is sold to the purchaser. Mine came to me with multiple problems that should never have passed final inspection before it left their manufacturing plant.

    What others should know:

If you do not have any mechanical knowledge or gunsmithing experience, I would have the seller test and check your FX product before you have it shipped to you.

    Things I liked:

Extremely accurate, smooth, and light. I use it to kill iguanas around our neighborhood and can hit dead center headshots at 100-150 yards. A good-looking weapon as well.

    Things I would have changed:

A bit too loud, but neighbors have gotten used to it.

    What others should know:

A bit expensive but worth every penny.

This is my first FX product and very well wont be my last. Well built and smooth trigger make it great to shoot.

    Things I would have changed:

I really don't lIke the manometer at the end of the barrel. Relocate please. Goes against all we teach kids about looking at the business end of the rifle.

    What others should know:

Sticker shock sucks, but save your coin and step up to the FX realm. I am glad I did. Really would like to get the bronze impact .357 next.

    Things I liked:

This is my first FX airgun and I couldn't be any happier with it. I am new to PCP air rifles as of this year and am hooked already. I really wanted this in .22 caliber but could only find a .30 caliber in stock. I'm pretty sure I got the last Sniper left in stock in the U.S. I have a caliber change kit for .22 caliber on order. This gun is loud, so I bought a Donny FL Tanto which quiets it down considerably. This gun is extremely accurate and powerful! I haven't done any tuning on it yet and get about 26 shots per fill on the tune it came with. I wanted the .22 caliber for a little cheaper target shooting and a higher shot count per fill and shooting smaller pests, but the .30 caliber will be handy for taking care of coyotes and groundhogs. This is the most I have spent so far on an air rifle but it is worth every cent!

    Things I would have changed:

It would be great if they included an extra mag and a moderator but the included gun case is a nice bonus.

    What others should know:

If you are considering purchasing one of these and can afford it, don't hesitate. I'm sure you'll find that you're glad you bought it. The action is very smooth, the stock feels great and fits my hand well and the trigger is first-rate. It makes it incredibly easy to shoot accurately.

Love this rifle got it for the sole purpose of hunting in 30 caliber

    Things I would have changed:

Who don't want it to be cheaper and who doesn't want an extra mag. And it needs a moderator sent with the rifle

    What others should know:

This is not backyard friendly if your neighbors are close it is loud

    Things I liked:

Have wanted an FX rifle for years. Finally bit the bullet and got this one. Great little rifle. I'm not used to this kind of quality in my airguns. Other guns might do the same thing, but not with the smoothness...pure quality of this gun. I'm glad I pulled the trigger and bought it. If you decide to buy, just be patient. It takes months to get them because they are in such great demand.

    Things I would have changed:

I would like to see swivels on the gun...magazine carriers...and the rail should be set so you can shoot long range easily. Of course you can get get the adjustable scope mounts if need be. Of course, a lower price would be nice.....

    What others should know:

I believe that if you buy it, you will be well satisfied.

    Things I liked:

Well I just recently received my wildcat and wow vary nice look and feel. The cocking is amazing ( so smooth ) magazines are EZ to load and shoots well after around 150 to 200 rounds accuracy gets better. And that may just be on me getting comfortable with the gun

    Things I would have changed:

Don't know if it is possible but maybe have the Magazine load to center, and not stick out so far on right side

    What others should know:

Well if you are someone that wants to shoot heavyweight slugs and pellets, get the Huma XL Pluntum and heavy liner This way you dont have to crank your reg up to 150 or and lose you shot count

    Things I liked:

This is one heavy-hitting bullpup! I choose the .22 because i have two impacts, one .35 and .25 with all the extra barrels in all calibers. Three wildcats, .30 and .25 including this one. The crown and bobcat mkII in .30. This wildcat is my light hunter for small game under a 100 yds,

    Things I would have changed:

    Walnut stock!

    What others should know:

You will not need extra barrels with this one. It shoots every pellet and slug I put thru it! up to 26 grains. Oh! turn the power adjuster #8 out not in too increase power. 150 reg. with Knock Out slug s .217 at 946fps. very accurate in this setting.
