Things I liked:

Trigger, Thumb-hole stock, Fiber optic sights (love 'em), overall quality for this price range!

Things I would have changed:

Not much, maybe the automatic safety, seems kinda close to the trigger, but I do have big hands.

What others should know:

Expected the rifle to work well with a heavier pellet. Barracuda 10.34's grouped nice at 30 yards, but 7.8 Gamo reds have a flatter trajectory and group just as well. Rifle is definitely hold sensitive. This thing eats scopes. On my third scope, a Monstrum 3-9x32 (same as a UTG BugBuster but without the sloppy mil-dot reticle) seems to handle this rifle nicely (400 pellets on this scope so far), the other two scopes lasted less than 100 pellets combined). I'm using see-thru rings so I can still use the open sights. Take your time and break this rifle in, it will settle down and be a pleasure to shoot. Very happy with this purchase and the way Pyramid Air handled the order, No Regrets!..Get one!

Things I liked:

1080 fps average for lead 7.0 Rws Hobby pellet, and 1265 fps for 4.7 Gamo platinum, this one passes the lead and alloy ads. built in bipod i used with out scope to pull in dime groups at 15 yards indoor

Things I would have changed:

for change we all want more metal, but i think for the price its a great riffle since its a gas ram also

What others should know:

10.5 crosman heavy is 830 fps average. before chrony test 3 drops of Rws chamber oil in chamber allow to run down for a few minutes in cocked position, run several rounds to clear chamber, inspect breach seal to make shure its a tiny bit above flush, a mashed flush seal can lose up to 60 fps or more so you need a little above maybe 2mm should be ok, mine was ok but its something to think about on chrony tests, alway keep a history of chrony results, some riffles go up after break in and some go down a bit, after break in is your true velocity, but out of the box Umerex was 65 fps higher then stated 1200 fps wich makes people happy. in order to see results of reaxis vs. regular fit of the gas strut, we need to chrony a fuel that has gas strut in the normal way, would be nice if they could show two riffles to see results gained by reaxis of the gas strut

    Things I liked:

It looks and feels good. Recoil and sound are minimal.

    Things I would have changed:

The muzzle piece should be smaller. Folding the barrel to load is harder than it should be when you have to grab it 5 inches above the end The bipod is cool but the small plastic retainer broke the second time I used it. That part needs a lot of work. The scope it comes with is obviously inexpensive but I could not get it accurate enough to my liking.

    What others should know:

Its heavy and looks great but the bipod is lousy. Swap the scope and it's fun to shoot.

    Things I liked:

Just about everything. The .177 Fuel I have is a nice gun, good for small game up to raccoon size. With H&N Sniper Medium pellets and a cheapo little Tasco 3-9x40 I am shooting a 1" pattern at 40 yards, and about 2" at 60 yards.

    Things I would have changed:

Something different for the bipod... stabilize it, stiffen it, just make it more solid.

    What others should know:

Sixty yards seems to be about the max for this gun. H&N Sniper Magnums are too heavy, Sniper Lights don't carry any accuracy down range, but Sniper Mediums seem to be the honey spot. I've been through at least a dozen different kinds of pellets in this gun. Crossman wadcutters have excellent accuracy at 20-30 yards, but don't carry enough energy to do anything beyond that. I have yet to find a pointed pellet that is accurate beyond 10 yards. Any round with a polymer jacket simply fouls the barrel. No accuracy to speak of. At this point H&N Sniper Mediums at 8.5 grains combined with their shape are accurate enough to pick the head off a wild turkey at 60 yards. Body shots will work, but the energy is low enough by that range you'll be chasing an injured animal for a bit. I plan to buy this gun in .22 before long. I recommend either caliber.

    looks good

    Things I would have changed:

Make sure the air rifle is a little more accurate at 10 yd's.

    What others should know:

Shot rifle at 10 yd's with scope that came with it. Shot around 8 " low with scope all the up. Bought new scope, UTG VARMINT/PREDATOR SPC-U394 AOIEW. Shot 4" low at 10 yd's turned all the way up. Don't know what to do now.

I dont have this gun yet but I shot with this several times. Its verry good for small game hunting and you should buy .22 (bigger is better)

    Things I liked:

600fps with the JBS18 grain Jumbo Heavy pellet. Trigger is a little heavy, 5lbs by my scale but breaks clean with no creep. I can regularly shoot groups in the 1" range at 25yds with iron sights and the Jumbo Heavy. Four times that big with the scope. I'm primarily a center fire guy. I've heard that spring guns are hard on scopes. Of the 3 springer's I have, all shoot better with iron sights. All came with scopes from the factory. You would think a manufacture would not put a scope that would not hold up on their guns. It just makes them look bad. If I hadn't tested it without the scope I would have sent it back. Since I use it to stay in practice at a time that .22 rim fires are hard to get the fact that I don't have a scope is a minor concern.

    Things I would have changed:

Gun is a little heavy. I would like to see a reasonably priced air gun with a decent set of aperture sights.

    Firm, Smooth, and Tight.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing - except to detach the bi-pod if it is not useful. Did that on my .17, but going to keep it in this new .22

    What others should know:

Was pleased w/ my 2 yr-old, 5,000 shot .17, so just got a new one in .22. Just as good. And scope is very good - just like on the .17. And Kudos to Pyramyd in the delivery and packaging. And just a technical point: I had to reverse my rings to get it on the paper in initial sighting. Saved me the "shimming" trial & error hassle.

    Things I liked:

Price , scope , bipod, everything about this gun.

    Things I would have changed:

Only 2 things I would change are the trigger and the fiber optics in the front. Trigger has about a 4 pound pull but you get used to it needs an adjustment for that. The fiber optics in the front needs a shroud around it to keep from breaking it very easy to knock it up against something and break it.

    What others should know:

I have only run about 150 shots through this gun so far and the accuracy is awesome. Set up targets at 10 - 20 - 30 - 40 - and 50 yards. After sighting in at 20 yds. I shot all 5 targets and the gun was right on at 10 - 20 - 30 yds and 1 1/2 in. low at 40 yds and 4 in. low at 50 yds . I would recommend this gun to anyone looking for a good gun at a very reasonable price. Go to( my air gun reviews ) on you tube and watch a full review of this gun or go to air gun web .com. You can't go wrong with this gun.

    Things I liked:

I was looking for an air rifle for my wife Dan with Pyramyd Air gave me a few suggestions after a couple questions and I did a lot of research and decided on the Fuel. I did not like this Air Rifle when I received it. It was for my wife. But Dan with Pyramyd Air convinced me to give it some time. We don't always like with Wife's do. She loved it except the scope. So we upgraded the scope to UTG 3x12 44. She liked it better now that she can see. I started shooting it and I really like it. Trigger pull could be a little less but I will make it work. Good groups at 25 yards from day one. The wife is liking it better every day

    Things I would have changed:

Trigger Pull could be a lot less. I am used to squeezing a trigger not pulling a trigger and yes there is a difference. Some kind of protection on the front site would be a good thing. I broke the fiber before the upgraded scope got here. I contacted Umarex and they are sending me a fiber to put back in it no questions asked.

    What others should know:

I am new to Air Rifles. I decided to go with Pyramyd Air because when I call them with questions before the sale they had the answers I needed. Now that I have made my purchase they still have great Customer service. Real knowledgeable people answer the phone except during the shot show you may have a little wait. Dan has given me suggestions and kept me from purchasing things I did not need or told me things i will need so I can put everything on one order. I do not completely like the Live Chat. It says Air Gun Buff. They may have a lot of air guns and are very knowledgeable with the ones they have but not necessarily the ones I am inquiring about. I would be happy if they don't know or are not familiar with the Items I am asking about that they say so and refer me to someone else.

    Things I liked:

For an entry level nitro piston, it has plenty of nice features. The scope is at least one level up from what might be considered bottom of the line. It has nice trigger, cocking effort, shooting energy, bipod rest, pistol grip stock, and adjustable fiber optic sights.

    Things I would have changed:

Some drag on the trigger's first stage adjusting screw so it stays put. Somehow make the silencer removable from the barrel.

    What others should know:

The first few shots I took were the loudest report I'd ever heard from an air gun. The amount of oil in the gun coupled with the high energy of the nitro piston really made it diesel. My silencer was positioned so that the sight wasn't dead vertical. It took virtually all of the right windage adjustment to sight the gun in. There was a plastic shaving flapping across the barrel's muzzle crown inside the silencer, apparently created when the silencer was pressed onto the end of the barrel. The breech seal's O-ring couldn't attain any compression; it was flush with the face of the breech. Needed a 0.25 mm shim in the bottom of the O-ring's groove to get an acceptable compression on the O-ring. Bipod legs wouldn't function properly because there was an inappropriate style washer under their pivot screw heads. Their use of external tooth lock washers was chewing up the land that the pivot screw head seats against and loosening the screws whenever the legs were rotated.

    Things I liked:

Price, synthetic pistal grip stock, and accuracy.

    Things I would have changed:

Scope that comes with gun is OK, but an upgraded scope is needed to really show the true potential of this gun.

    What others should know:

This gun is heavy, but I think that really helps make it easier to shoot than many other spring guns. Trigger is a lil heavy but manageable. Excellent value for the money. Overall great gun!

    Things I liked:

I was pleasantly surprised by the suppressor on this rifle. My friend's air rifle is a good deal louder than mine. I like the power it delivers. I appreciate the tightening knobs on the scope mount. My friend has to keep messing with an allen wrench every 3 or so shots. I merely give the tightening knobs a tweek. I am very happy with this purchase.

    Things I would have changed:

I was not too happy with the angle of the bipod legs. They are too close together. I am sure this is an engineering issue, but perhaps flaring out the mounting and additional 5 degrees would be doable.

    Things I liked:

I got mine in .22 caliber, great rifle for the price. Heavy but with the pistol grip style synthetic stock very easy to hold and a little bit of a firm hold instead of the artillery hold seems to work better. The TruGlo sights took me all of 3 tweaks and it was right on the money. Quieter than I thought and hits hard, mine seems to like the H&N Field Target Trophy pellets at 14.66 gr but I still have a couple others to try out. Considering everything you get in this rifle for only $179.99, you need to BUY ONE!

    Things I would have changed:

The fold out bipod actually isn't bad, engineering needs some work, maybe a way to actually lock them in place when down because they are a bit wobbly, but they aren't totally bad. The scope isn't totally bad either but the AO on mine is off by 20 yards or so, I sighted in for 30 yards and had to dial mine back to a little under 10 to get a clear view and the crosshairs are a little hard to see so consider getting a better one.

    What others should know:

Great rifle considering everything you get for only $179.99. If you're serious about shooting, buy your favorite scope brand when you buy the rifle, I changed mine out to a Hawke Sport Optics 3-9x40 HD AO with Hawke match mounts. Go put one of these in your cart with a good scope, you won't be disappointed!!

    Things I would have changed:

The Bipod is useless, I took mine off the gun

    What others should know:

A great value for the money, hits hard and acceptably accurate...I am very pleased with this gun
