    Things I liked:

These are astounding! My old Walther LGR is picky in the extreme about which ammo it will shoot and so I was surprised to find that these shoot as well as the RWS Meisterkugeln that I normally feed it. These are long pellets and so seem to be very stable at longer ranges. I like to shoot at a shillouette swinger (chicken) at 50 yards as I don't have to continually re-set it. With these I can consistantly hit it and get a good deal of swing out of the target. This confers good energy transfer and good consistancy in the pellet its self as a target this size at 50 yards can be a challenge. Especially off hand with an airgun.

    Things I would have changed:

    Just a bit pricy.

    What others should know:

Great hunting ammo that shoots nearly as accurately as match grade pellets.

    Things I liked:

beeman makes the greatest pellets, these crow-magnums shoot very straight and hit with the best mushroom i have ever seen in a hollow point, because of weight and design they shoot faster then most pellets.

    Things I would have changed:

if i had the chance to change anything i would like to make them heaver, please not the expansion is incredible, maybe to incredible so i would use a stronger lead so expansion wouldn't separate so much.

    What others should know:

except for beemans silver ace or there silver aceses crow-magnums shoot very well out of all my air guns

Excellent pest control/hunting and plinking/target pellet all rolled into one. My B40 loves 'em.

    Things I would have changed:

BEEMAN PUT THREADS ON YOUR TIN LIDS!!! I am sick of picking up pellets. If Crossman and Daisy can do it so can you.

    Things I liked:

Accurate pellets which I'm sure will work well for removal of pests, the pellets all looked well formed and I found very few with any defects or issues. Accuracy was acceptable out of my Gamo CFX, approx a 1 - 1 1/2" group at 30 yards. I have not shot any birds with these yet but I'm sure they will expand well. For a hunting pellet these look like they would perform well.

    Things I would have changed:

at around 14.00 for 500 these are fairly expensive pellets with many other excellent choices coming in at several dollars less / 500. For target shooting I would pass these up and look at other options, for pest removal these would be on my list of choices, but not at the top.

Recently infested with pigeons on my new mexico flat-roofed home. FANTASTIC Crow-Magnum pellets. Switched from Crossman (Copperhead) pellets to the Crow Mags, NO COMPARRISON!!!! Pigeon death comes within 15 seconds, compared to over a minute with the old pellets.

    Things I would have changed:

    NOTHING, except a better case!

    What others should know:

I was using a Crossman (American Classic 1377) .177cal single shot pump pistol which got the job done.

    Things I liked:

I just purchased these as my Gamo pellets for my Gamo CFX were not doing the job. Reading the positive reviews posted here i took a chance. These are DEAD ON and and i have only had one miss since purchasing the Crow-Magnum when the little critter saw me and dove off the rock. Someone said these are well balanced and i believe that is very true plus the extra length to put in the CFX really helps.

    Things I would have changed:

    Don't change a thing.

    What others should know:

For my Gamo CFX I put on a n after market trigger from Charlie Da Tuna. This is fantastic...The new trigger and Beeman pellets are a perfect match. One more thing...why doesn't Cabella carry these in their stores...They should.

    What others should know:

My original review was posted on 4-17-2008. I did some testing and shot into wet phonebooks at 3 yards instead of downward into a bucket of water. My RWS Diana model 34 was used for this test. Wet phonebooks that are saturated and shot "endwise" are the poor man's ballistic gelatin and it shows great bullet channels and depth similar to muscle tissue. I shot five times into various areas of the book. Each pellet averaged 2-3/8" into the phone book and the wound channel was very wide (3/8') for the first inch of depth indicating great energy transfer. after the first inch of depth the pellet seemed to expand to its maximun size and traveled another 1-3/8" into the book. Each pellet uniformly expanded to a full .25 inch as with my first water test. I finally got the chance at a garden munching rabbit today from a distance of 7 yards. I haven't recovered the pellet yet, but the pellet entered and did not exit so finding it shouldn't be a problem. [I] believe that these pellets do some serious damage without overpenetrating. These might be the ultimate hunting pellet for high powered springers.

These pellets are great for rodent control @ 35 yards or less. I have two rifles - phantom 1000 and a powerline 880.They work well in both. Note: powerline 880 @ 10 pumps 15 yards+/- I recommend these pellets for anyone that needs rodent population control.

    What others should know:

I use these for killing Prairie dogs, pigeons, rabbits, and crows. These things really work. When they hit the body the leading edge of the hollow point cuts a perfectly sized hole for great blood flow. The nose expends to ensure damage and a quick kill. I've tried a lot of different pellets and haven't found anything that even comes close for a quick kill. The diameter of the pellet is larger than the bore so they fit nice and tight helping ensure the pellet utilizes the rifling to it's fullest potential.

    What others should know:

I just got these in the mail in .177 caliber so I ran to the basement and filled a five gallon bucket of water and shot three shots straight down into the water with my RWS model 34 from five feet up. Every pellet mushroomed perfectly to a full .25". Then I went to the target from 10 yards. Using a chair as a rest, I got a five shot group that was 1/2" center to center, with three holes actually touching. These pellets far surpassed my expectations and I can't wait to try them on some rabbits. Although I will have to re-adjust my scope as these shot 1" lower than my Crosman pointed 7.9 grain pellets at the same distance.
