SIG Sauer P226 Spring

This was the first airsoft gun I bought 12 years ago when I was in middle school and it still works even now!!! This plastic gun will seem cheap but it just surprises me how the gun still works even tho the springs are stiff after many years. The paint didn't chip off after over 2000 shots.. Gun is still shoots sharp and I will pass down this air soft gun to my little cousin. I don't play with airsoft anymore but this gun brings back so many memories hitting soda cans in the backyard. Great buy for young kids not really huge fun factor for adults.

wish there was a de cocking lever but it the gun wouldn't be cheap.

Top quality plastic airsoft gun out there. I'm starting to like the Taiwan made bb guns in full metal.

clip release is a bit touchy, sometimes the clip shoots out when its in the holster

It's a great sidearm for pistol wars. My usual primary is a C11, so that's obviously my base. But, a SIG Sauer 226 can be just as frightening when aimed at your head as a C11. The reason: decent FPS plus a very accurate sighting system usually equals a fair shot. The hammer adds realism and lets you know when, say, you've racked the slide and holstered it with one in the chamber. Also, the trigger is nice and sensitive. The safety within reach of the thumb is nice.

The clip release button either needs to be moved or have a much stiffer spring in it. You sneeze on it, your clip, and half your ammo, is across the room. Also, the clips really need changing. Try to speed-load a clip and watch one slip spew your supply across a room. Great when every hit counts, regardless of FPS or location (clip = poor man's landmine), but not fun when attempting to load it with ammo. Also, a slide lock when out of bullets would be nice. With its 12 round capacity, well, sometimes it brings you back to Dirty Harry with the, "I know what you're thinking: Did he fire 6 shots, or only 5" line, except it's now, "Did I fire 12 shots, or just 11?" And when every shot counts, and you get stuck in a quick-draw, you really don't want to be stuck with no ammo left. It also needs more weight.

This gun disassembles into 2 halves easily for re-lubrication. Also, it's just about impossible to jam this thing up. I mean impossible. With 12 rounds, it's a good sidearm. Not a main, but a sidearm. Springer wars, this could work for a main, but I would recommend something with a handful more shots in the clip. The grip is nice in your hand, but the gun is a little light for those of us used to heavy guns. The safety is nice, but common sense should eliminate need for it. The clip release is too sensitive, and those who are left-handed (not me, but someone I know has one of these and is lefty) will not want this gun.

The accuracy, the sensitive trigger, the hammer cocking on the gun is great because you can use it to tell if your gun is loaded.

Is the magazine release button, its to sensitve, it would be better if it was located right next to the saftey button. And the fact that the gun doesnt have a slide lock to let you know when your out of ammo. It would be nice if it had more weight to it like adding some metal parts like trigger, hammer, buttons and slide. But the gun is great anyway.

The gun is great. If you like Sig Sauers this is the gun for you, for a desent price.

This is a Strong gun with pretty good accuracy has decent sized clip and decent weight

make the clip size bigger, Make the build a lot skinnier, make it with some metal!!! better power and range, move the eject button elsewhere (i sometime hit it on accident)

decent gun for the price. nothing special. OK backup but really not that great for primary weapon. .20 bbs work the best

Feel, good accuracy, relatively easy to cock.

Make it heaver, and a higher mag capacity would be nice. Also it would be nice if the port on top opened when you cock it like the real thing so that you could see if you are empty or not.

Accurate with .20 gram ammo. .12 is horrible in it. if you take the clip out when there is ammo in it 2 bbs will fall out

The accuracy is really good! You can also get a good grip on it.

Give it a higher mag capacity.

For a spring pistol, this gun is awesome.

I have the clear version of this gun, and so do a couple of my friends, and it is definetly one of the best hand guns around. It has pretty good FPS, and makes a great sidearm. It is also really easy to cock and the feel of the gun is awesome. It is also pretty accurate with .20 gram bb's.

I find the clip-release button is to sensitive and sometimes you accidentally hit it and the clip falls out. Also, the clip only holds 12 rds, so your reloading a lot.

Overall, this is one of the best starter guns/sidearms around! I would recommend it to anyone. The only thing I would do is buy the set of 2 extra clips for $9.95 from this store.

Perfect replica to the real gun. Great power for the price and really good accuracy. This gun will last a really long time as long as you take care of it.

High magizine capicity would have been great but that is it.

This a good gun for anybody who wants a great backup sidearm.
