Things I liked:

Very good eye relief and optics are clear compared to my center Point.

Things I would have changed:

the optic adjustment could be better.

Things I liked:

Fits my Benjamin 397 pumper just right using 1" - 11mm dovetail rings onto Benjamin barrel - 11 mm dove. adapters. Fits right over the stock rear iron sight (no removal necessary) for a perfect eye relief and bright sight picture. Zero's easily - AND holds zero which is great on a .177 pumper. I have shot at least 500 rounds with it and am getting dimes regularly in my 10 meter cellar range. Using this set up, the optics are completely out of the way of the breech loading slot and do not interfere with my seated across the lap down side up cocking strokes. Got lucky putting this kit together! Makes my 397 a super fun gun.

Things I would have changed:

Nothing

What others should know:

The directions that come with the scope are useless and intended for powerful rifle scopes. Seems wrong but the large lens is the rear lens. When attaching barrel adapters to the gun and rings to barrel adapters, tighten screws a bit and move to next one and keep going around until nice and snug for all - do NOT over tighten anything. When snug they will stay in place during use. This set up allows you to shoot correctly with both eyes open for sport shooting (squirrels, house sparrows, pigeons etc) and targets.

Things I liked:

why don't i have more of these? Oh wait i got a second one ordered and on the way, for my Marauder pistol! Solid, compact, light, good optic. I mounted this on my Ataman AP16, no other pistol scope i could find was this compact, even the high end optics were all 9 inches. It lets me have a battery free optic that i don't have to turn on! It's easy to shoot with both eyes open, and doesn't hang over the magazine, leaving that space open for easy loading, love it.

Things I would have changed:

Would like the eye relief to extend out a bit further. As it is, if i hold it out one hand, at arms length (like 10 meter pistol competitors) it's out of range. But holding two hand it is perfect, and also able to get up close when resting it, very versatile.

What others should know:

i haven't found myself yearning to zoom in, the 2x fixed power is ideal for me.

  • Steve from USA asked:

What mounts would you recommend to mount this on a Crosman 1377 with a steel beech?

  • James from USA asked:

Is this a spring piston safe scope?

    • Tyler Patner from USA answered:

You'd have to call Gamo/BSA and see if they warranty it if used on a spring piston gun, but I have used these on springer pistols without issue before.

  • Brian from USA asked:

It says 50 yard parallax in the specs. Is it s problem for shooting at 10 yards? Will the target focus at 10 yard?

    • Anthony from USA answered:

Parallax can be adjusted if you do it carefully. Not difficult at all. There's a load of video on youtube. A 50 yard parallax will make airgun distances blurry unless it's adjusted. Better off with a red/green dot for the same money, in my opinion.

    • oats from USA answered:

Most scopes focus down to 10 yards minimum.
