This gun is built to hunt!  With a few added upgrades, the Benjamin Regal II Nitro piston is more trail ready than ever before.  This airgun is a pellet slinging predator that will have no trouble dispatching pests and small game.  Cock once to launch pellets downrange at speeds up to 1200 fps in .177, and 950 fps in .22 caliber.  Its Nitro piston cocks smoother than its spring counterparts and leaves the Regal unaffected by colder weather conditions that slow a traditional spring.  The included 4x32 attaches to the dovetail rail to bring targets in nice and close for decisive takedowns.  Its long, moderated barrel will keep your shots backyard friendly, with 70% less noise than a traditional springer.  The 2-stage trigger allows shooters to select their preferred pull.

If you want a powerful hunting airgun in an affordable package, make the Benjamin Regal II the king of your backyard.

Things I liked:

Accuracy, power , & look of the gun itself. Not bad for the price.

Things I would have changed:

Better scope. My old lady says it's too hard to cock.

What others should know:

Get the Gamo PBA Raptor ammo.

Things I liked:

This rifle is very robust, after you get used to the break barrel, it's fun to shoot. It is a hardballer compared to CO2 single shots, and very consistent. Also great value, the furniture is quality wood, nice finish.

What others should know:

LET THE SHOOSTING BEGIN!!

Things I liked:

This is a solid break barrel air rifle. The accuracy is solid and the cocking effort is medium. It has a reasonable barrel retort and would be considered back yard friendly by most people. The factory trigger is "Meh" but is easily (and greatly) improved by the classic "trigger bearing modification" of which there are plenty of YouTube videos. The sample purchased will repeatedly lay down nickel sized groups at 25 meters with a decent scope.

Things I would have changed:

It is a budget end springer. Any changes I would normally suggest (finish, etc) would raise the cost and it would no longer be value priced. If you want fit and finish like a $700 springer, then buy a pricey springer. It is representative of its price range. Need I even say that all value priced bundles with a scope, usually have a very low end scope. This is expected and typical.

What others should know:

It won't win any matches, or beauty contests, but it is towards the top end of what you will find in this price range. It is a good value with the potential for hours of fun plinking or small critter shooting at closer ranges (less than 40 yards).
