Starting in 1980, the Taurus PT92 was manufactured in a former Beretta factory that previously produced Beretta 92s for the Brazilian Army. When the factory was bought out by Taurus, the workers began producing the PT92--directly based on the Beretta 92. As a result of lapsed patents, Taurus produced pistols that were nearly exact copies of the 92s that preceded them. The basic design has remained, all while adding features over the years to make the PT92 a pistol that is not only affordable but based on a proven design. Replicated for airsoft, you can now carry a PT92 into your most heated airsoft skirmishes!
The Cybergun PT92 is a CO2 fueled pistol powered by the KWA system that ensures a steady 340 fps—an ideal velocity for close-quarters combat and clearing rooms. Its huge 28 round capacity will keep you shooting more and reloading less. Each features a full-metal slide with the Taurus logo and a Weaver accessory mount located below the barrel. Its adjustable hop-up ensures a proper backspin on your BBs to increase their range. First of all it's a real good looking gun and this could be long review. Lets keep it short. I love it, and it's well worth the money. One thing I want too point out. It's advertised as a semi automatic pistol, Wrong. This pistol is Full auto when you push the safety switch all the way down.
Things I would have changed:Wood grips. Safety switch is really stiff.
