Cost of entry is great. It comes with everything you need except for targets to get started. Power and noise are low, allowing for indoor plinking with ease. Two pack, so you don't have to feel alone while you are shooting. The gun has a nice solid feel, but is comfortable for a variety of people. Even my wife and young son could hold it comfortably. Picatinny accessory rail is also a nice touch.
Things I would have changed:For a little starter, it's nice but adjustable optics would make it even better. It would also be nice if you could engage safety without cocking the gun first.
What others should know:Big things are the fact that safety only engages when the gun is engaged, optics are not adjustable, and I had the slide slip while engaging once and it shot a bb on its own. It's low power, so it typically ricochets even on cardboard box. I made a homemade bb trap using a box with a replaceable Styrofoam target backer inserted. Using this set to start teaching the family gun handling, and all of us to practice shooting. Excellent little kit for the money.
