*This is the max velocity with lead pellets. If you shoot as fast as you can pull the trigger, your velocity will be lower. Since CO2 is a refrigerant, you will receive somewhat fewer shots and lower velocities compared with waiting 5-10 seconds between shots. This applies to all CO2 guns.
One of the most fun rifles you'll ever shoot! In fact, Crosman's 1077 was chosen for the 2001 Bikathlon Event at the Boy Scout Jamboree.
This 12-shot repeater runs on standard 12-gram CO2 cartridges and fires as fast as you can pull the trigger. The synthetic stock is durable, will stand up to decades of use and features a checkered pistol grip and forearm. It's lightweight, easy to use and will provide hours of fun for the whole family. Low on noise, the 1077 won't disturb those with sensitive ears or alert everyone in the neighborhood that you're shooting.
Just because this is a reasonably priced gun, don't get the idea that it won't hit its mark. It's accurate and will hit its intended target every time if YOU'RE a good shot! The 1077 is an ideal rifle for kids (with adult supervision) and smaller adults.
The 12-shot rotary clip is easy to load. For even greater accuracy, you can mount a scope on the 11mm dovetails.

Things I liked: excellent plinking gun
Things I would have changed: wouldnt change anything
What others should know: great for beginers
Things I liked: Fiber optic front site. 12-shot magazine. Decent power.
Things I would have changed: Trigger is way too long, creepy and heavy. Front site needed trimming of extra plastic.
What others should know: Good first air-gun, will build hand strength pulling the trigger, my son requires two fingers to pull it.
Things I liked: Light wieght...compact...wood stock...cool looking....quiet...inexpensive...FUN TO SHOOT...lets face it, this is not a 50 yard target rifle...its a plinker, and a dang good one...i have my target rifles, now i have a great little, fun, plinker...i had a few minor problems with it out of the box, but a little tinkering and the gun preforms wonderful....i shot the gun no less that 350 times the day i recieved it in various stages of modification and the thing just kept getting better and better...i am able to get the advertized 625 fps using 7.9 crosman hollowpoints on an 80 degree day...i can shoot dimes at 10 yards.. Nickels at 15 yds...quarters at 20 and 25 yds...and soda cans at 40 yds with NO PROBLEMS...thats good enough for me...my wife likes it ..my foster children like it..and i like it....Crosman you have done great job...and if i had one of these guns 55 years ago when i was 8 then there wouldnt be so much crime today ..LOL...just get one.....
Things I would have changed: Things i going to chance.....IM GOING TO GET ANOTHER ONE...
What others should know: I am going to try and make a video of the modifications i have done...they are simple and free....this is a great platform for anyone who like to tinker with thier guns....and plenty of fun straight out of the box....but im a tinker....
Is it possible to switch the fiber optic sight for a tradtional blade sight?
How do you hook up 88gram to this I was reading Tom Gaylords or BB Pelletier article he stated that is what he was using. Thanks
you can but they discontinued the adapter. if your lucky amazon has one once in a whie
you have to purchase an 88 gram convertor kit on amazon or from www.gmaccustomparts.com
next question: what is the wall thickness of the straw barrel?
