Very accurate in my TX200. Shoots on par with JSB 8.4gr and JSB 10.3gr, and H&N 8.4gr pellets, but at higher velocities. These Norma pellets have a good ballistic coefficient (0.024, according to Chairgun Pro). Pellets are clean, compared to other brands. Loads easily (but tight in the breach) in my TX200. These pellets produce the highest muzzle energy in my TX200, at 15.7 fpe. This translate into 880 fps, with a velocity spread of 4 fps, compared to JSB 7.9gr, 8.4gr, and 10.3gr; and H&N pellets. A great pellet for the cost!! And these tins have screw on lids!
Things I would have changed:The size distribution is pretty wide: 4.49mm - 4.54mm, with 60% of the pellets in the 4.51mm-4.52 range. However, the tight extreme velocity spread (4 fps) and the accuracy of unsorted pellets indicate that this broad size distribution may not be a big issue (at least in my TX200).
What others should know:These pellet are harder than JSB pellets, but somewhat softer than H&N pellet. These pellet also have a very thin pellet skirts, which might explain why they shoot at a higher muzzle energy. I have only tested the accuracy of these pellets out to 30 yards. In the spring I will test these out to 55 yards, when the weather gets warmer. The first shot out of my TX200 was weird: The rifle shuddered and dieseled real bad. After the first shot, no dieseling was noted, the the shot cycle returned to normal. The extreme velocity spread was 878-882 fps over my Prochrony (25 shots).
