  I play with this rifle and yes it is accurate up to 200ft without much sway. The issue that I am having with it is that where the barrel and the cocking mechanism meet there is a couple screws that come loose with very little usage. When they become loose the trigger mechanism will lock up making it hard to actually shoot it. The only thing I can tell that can be upgraded is the spring, the barrel seems to be specific to the gun. I give the gun 7/10 overall, but over time it comes loose.

  I got accuracy like that at 25 feet with a shitty bb gun (not even airsoft) with no sights. You had an airsoft sniper, and a scope, so really that's nothing impressive.

  this gun is a P.O.S, you need a bar-10 if your going for a r700 type, or the warrior l96 is another good option, ALL SPRING SNIPERS NEED UPGRADES!! your not even allowed to engage targets at 30 feet so the accuracy test is worthless. in addition this sniper doesn't have a ton of upgrades out on the market-- what you really need bare minimum is --- upgraded sears, tightbore barrel. and without a doubt at least a bar-10 or aps-2 compatible l96.
