| The PX4 Storm looks, feels and shoots just like the firearm it copies! This 16-shot repeater will have you shooting as fast as you can pull the trigger. There's an 8-shot rotary clip on one end of the stick mag, and another one at the other end. After you're done shooting the first clip, flip the mag for the rest of the shots! Since it shoots BBs or pellets, you can pick whatever ammo you have on hand. A 12-gram CO2 cartridge is easily loaded into the grip and gives you plenty of shots before you need a refill. There's even an accessory rail under the barrel. Like the handgun, it has real blowback action (cocking the gun with each slide action), giving you a feeling of power that most airguns only hope to achieve! Once you start shooting, you won't want to stop, so get lots of ammo and CO2 cartridges! A misprint in the manual says there's an operational slide release lever. There is none. Click on the AMMO link for suggested BBs and pellets and the ACCESSORIES link for targets, cases, safety glasses & more! | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Beretta PX4 Storm pellet gun by Berettareviews summary
Things I would have changed:Accuracy What others should know:The blowback is great for teaching someone a bit timid around handguns about how pistols recoil. Being as this thing kicks much like a .22 pistol, the pellet is still in the barrel when the slide moves back, which naturally affects accuracy. It is consistently right for a right hander like me, and it starts out high and moves down as the CO2 is depleted due to the blowback recoil. My pistol is WAY high (again, due to the recoil), so much so that I drilled a hole in the front sight to add a finishing nail to compensate, being as the sights are not adjustable. Contrary to other reviews, I get 64-80 shots before power drops off so much that the blowback doesn't work anymore, provided that you let the pistol rest between clips. Buying a couple of extra clips is definitely worth it. The pistol is really a revolver in disguise, as the rotary part of the clip advances halfway through a trigger pull, which can be a bit confusing because the real thing doesn't do that. Bottom line - this pistol isn't very accurate but that's not the attraction. It is simply a really fun pistol to shoot and a good teaching tool.
Things I would have changed:To load the bb's is a little time consuming the way it is set up...The accuracy is horrible!!! The fire safety is very tight a little hard to move but other then that nothing much to change What others should know:The magazine should shoot out and if it doesn't then you should have it sent out...our was getting stuck but Pyramid Air Cheerfully requested we return it...at their expense Fed Ex and that is what we are doing. They are going to replace the whole gun!
Things I would have changed:Nothing so far. This was my first time to shoot it and I was ecstatic! Maybe an extra stick, or a longer one? What others should know:Buy lots of pellets and bbs, you'll be using them and smiling.
