What does ICYMI stand for anyway?
RR,
In case you missed it.
BB
BB,
Missed what? I did not see a definition for ICYMI, other than being an infomercial for Pyramyd Air. Who cares? I just wanted to know what ICYMI stood for.
RR,
The letters ICYMI stand for the words In Case You Missed It. That is what you asked and also what I answered.
What you think of the posting is your business. All I did was explain what the accronym ICYMI stands for.
BB
Sorry. I tend to be a bit slow on the uptake sometimes.
RidgeRunner,
I think i understand your reaction!
When it was just PA most of the stuff was fairly easy to tolerate. Something “new” has crept into the culture at Pyramyd AIR that the following might illuminate. WOW! Climb any mountain, pointed pellets…confidently improve accuracy, …offers a realistic shooting experience. The efficient non-blowback system allows for more shots for each CO2 cartridge, while the 20-round mag maximizes the fun. Huh?
The Greek hyperbole is formed of hyper- “beyond” + bole “a throwing, a casting, the stroke of a missile, bolt, beam.” Bole is the nominative stem of ballein, “to throw,” from the PIE root gwele- “to throw, reach,” which also influences words such as ballistic, ballet, metabolism, parable and symbol.
Used to be reasonable copy in most of the PA materials…obviously this is a New Year and something has gone missing at PA’s top management with regard to the Marketing ethos.

Yeah, I have wondered lately if anyone at PA is paying any attention to the marketing department. It is most unfortunate that we the consumers, can no longer trust this company. I can remember that at one time I was able to talk to the people there and meet them at airgun shows.
I guess that is what happens when you become successful.
