Very clear and reliable scope

Did not receive my military discount like I was promised.

Easy to use MOA adjustments dialed it right in.

There's a boat load of different priced scops out there with all sorts of stuff on them, too. For me, I just like to keep it simple.

Glass is pretty clear, holds zero on my Beeman R1 just fine.

Not as good a fit and finish as Hawke in the same price range, the focus knob gets very stiff after not having moved for a day or so.

This scope works just fine on my gun with pretty substantial recoil. I left the turret covers on the hood of the truck and drove off on day one. Athlon customer service sent me two more out immediately at no charge! The glass is decently clear and the reticle is sharp. It does get a little dim at higher magnifications. It seems to be a solid optic. My one real complaint is that the interior fit and finish does not seem as nice as the Hawke scopes that I have in the same price range. But I have had no issues with it and would not steer anyone away from the product.

This thing has great turrets, especially by capped standards. Very good glass, short, lightweight. All the adjustments are firm with only a little slop on the eye piece.

Have it either mil mil or moa moa so the turret adjustments match the reticle type.

This thing is hands down better than a $220 hawke scope of the same size.

I bought this scope on Greg's recommendation. It's everything he said it would be. Nice glass, well balanced to the rifle, and easy to use. Mounted up .well on my medium rings. I'd consider putting one of these on one of my conventional rifles.

Not too much. More robust scope covers such as Leapers has would be a plus, but as I only use the covers when it's being transported it's not a big deal. The only thing that I've seen that kept it from a 5 star overall rating is the parallax adjustment. It's bottomed out at minimum distance, and at 10 meters I could use a little bit more to achieve a completely sharp image, but it is adequate.

Clear and light weight.For the price range shouldn't complain too much.This is a good optics in my opinion.The side parallax adjustment is smooth and easy to operate.It is very easy to zero in and holding zero good it only took me about 10 shots to hit bullseye and stay there....satisfied!

Instead of those rubber bands scope covers I would prefer a set of good flip-up covers.Most people just trashed them and ordered a new set of flip-up anyway.

For new airgunners this scope can be reset to zero after zero in but is not a smooth operation you have to remove the screw holding the adjustable knob and pull off the adjustable cover( Elevation/windage)completely to reset to zero.

Side focus was easy and provided a clear picture Excellent optics and clarity Had an issue with eye relief that was a little loose causing the cross hairs to move Returned for a replacement as I really like all aspects of the scope

Eye relief lock would help
