Things I liked:

Fits both .177 and .22 cal rifles. Pretty easy to install for the mechanically inclined

Things I would have changed:

Nothing

What others should know:

Clean the air chamber (where the piston slides in and out ) thoroughly, make sure there are no nics or burrs. Apply a thin coat of grease to all parts (rubber and metal) during assembly.

Things I liked:

They had the parts for my gun.

Things I would have changed:

Your response to my several calls was very poor and only occurred hours after I called you. I cannot sit around and wait for you to respond when you feel like doing so. I live in the Central Time Zone and my home phone is: 515-992-3042. ----- I am home until about 8:30AM and after 6:30 PM

What others should know:

My order WAS NOT filled properly! The end cap on the piston was the wrong one for my gun --- hints: NO RESPONSE from you. See comment above on my unsuccessful attempts to actually talk to someone who can help me.

    Things I liked:

    Parts were what I needed

    Things I would have changed:

Possibly clearer images of the parts breakdown.

    What others should know:

The removal tool works great. You really have to put the gun in a vise, and tighten more than you would think , to get the valve to seat enough to keep air from escaping. My 70s silver streak is as good as new.

Arrived pretty quickly considering I live in Canada. All parts were packaged very well. Pyramid is one of the only places to order this part and I really appreciate them. I also order most of my pellets from them as well. You get free tins of pellets if you order enough and the free pellets more than make up for the cost of shipping to Canada! Thanks guys!

    Things I liked:

You get directions, parts list and exploded view of the gun. Very helpful, because when the air chamber finally pulled loose I flung parts across the back porch, and wasn't sure what went where.

    Things I would have changed:

The copy of the parts list is a little blurry, the directions state to replace part number 30 so that the rubber is facing muzzle. Part number 30 is not a brass and rubber part. It's been replaced with a Teflon cork looking piece tapered on one end. Not sure how it was supposed to go. Took three reassembly attempts to get it right; well at least it pumps up so I assume it's right. There is an extra "O" ring and not sure where that was supposed to go. Why not all the pieces for the pressure chamber?

    What others should know:

I was leery of trying to remove the very small screw that holds the bolt in place, I didn't have the right tool, and spent a lot of time maneuvering the small O ring around with some flat dental floss. I figure if I can do it anybody should be able to.

    Things I liked:

Kit parts was able to take apart and replace the seals. The front teflon seal got rotated and was very difficult to get straight again. However I was able to rotate it back into position by pressing with bamboo skewer and later with steel rod. However to put everything together was very difficult. Finally , tried to put the end cap without the mainspring and mark the depth and position of end cap when the first thread engages on the tool and then try it again with all the parts installed and finally got it back together. In the end I was victorious and my 1993 Benjamin .177 lives again. P.S. pyramid air also has impeccable customer service and send me replacement parts since my bolt seal..that super tiny o ring, the new one got crushes in the bolt. I was to use the original seal until the new seal gets here.

    Things I would have changed:

Add the part to reassemble with better instructions, like "before reassemble everything, use only the pressure chamber end cap with the disassembly tool, rotate it backwarss until it clicks, mark this location on outside trigger housing barrel and the stem of the dissassembly tool with a pencil. This will aid in the reassembly to know how far to compress the spring and when the thread will engage. Now, reassemble everything and using the marks on the stem of the dissassembly tool and the outside of the trigger housing barrel..align everything and push hard down on the disassembly tool until the marks are aligned and level with each other. Then begin to screw the pressure chamber endcap tight. Reassemble everything else on the gun same way you took them off.

    What others should know:

All in all, this job to rebuilt own gun is possible but definitely not for the faint of heart.

    What others should know:

Kits for older Benjamins 310 & 312 models need to specify Parts/replacement... - Air Venturi 10094182 rubber piston heads.

    Things I liked:

The fact this is still available is great! I bought it for a 1967 Sheridan Blue Streak with soldered valve. The price and the fact that it came with the ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TOOL were fantastic. In the end, it had what I needed and I rehabilitated my Dad's rifle that is older than I am. Blue Streak pumps hard and shoots great.

    Things I would have changed:

Well...I wish kit came with the brass + rubber check valve seal, as pictured. Kit I received had a white, plastic/delrin/??? disc that, upon initial installation, did not seal. I also wish it came with an OEM lead seal for the valve nut. The fact it is lead may be exactly why it doesn't. I wasn't a big fan of the plastic seal it came with and ended up re-using the original, 50+ year old lead seal.

    What others should know:

YES. Several things. First, consider this a KIT of raw materials, rather than a drop-in, solve all your problems. Granted, my rifle was 50+ years old and there have been several iterations, but many parts were different dimensions than stock. Pump cup, probe o-ring and forward rubber valve o-ring were fine. Check valve was a solid plastic disc, which was too large OD. Check valve spring was longer and stiffer. Exhaust valve was longer than stock item. Tool was great. I'm not a machinist, but I am very mechanically inclined. It took me several assemblies/disassemblies to get these parts to work correctly. The NWAirgun videos on YouTube were HUGE in helping me diagnose what needed to change during this rebuild. Watch those first. If you don't understand the cutaway view, can't wrap your mind around how the rifle operates and/or don't have a good mechanical mind, you may be best sending your Sheridan off for service, rather than DIY. Still, I'd do it again if I needed to.

    Things I liked:

Quick delivery with quality tool. Most of the replacement parts appear to be good quality parts.

    Things I would have changed:

The split teflon washer is useless. It actually inhibited the reassembly process due to it not seating correctly under the screw cap. I wrapped the cap threads with teflon tape instead and it worked better.

    What others should know:

Watch youtube video if availableand also down load and print off addition parts explosions from the manufacturers web site. I used Vaseline to hold orings in place when installing parts.
