Do I really need this stuff for my CO2 or pump? Absolutely! It will keep your gun working. If you don't use it, your gun will stop working. A cheap investment to use a few drops every 250 shots.
Things I would have changed:Add a transparent window to the tube to see how much is left and when it is time to get more.
What others should know:The moving parts of airguns need regular cleaning a lubrication to keep working. Some lubricants can damage parts of an airgun. DON'T use WD40 or 3-in-1 oil because you don't know how it will affect some of the parts. Some lubricants will ruin and break down the seals. You can have confidence in using Pellgun oil safely on any parts.
There is an alternative for lubricating seals, one that is developed specifically for rubber and other seals- transmission fluid. You can use it safely on other parts of your airgun, but it is thick and sticky and will hold on to dirt "sanding" down moving parts. You don't have to worry if you stick to using Pellgun oil.

I did research on maintenance & lubrication of airguns/pellet guns and "Pellgunoil" was mentioned on many occasions and made/distrubed by a reputable air gun manufacturer.
Things I would have changed:Bulk size for use by either individuals and/or organized/club shooting.
What others should know:Our local high school air riflery team has about 20 - 15+ year old air rifles which were in dire need of a overhaul. Some of us coaches of got together one evening and proceeded to thoroughly clean and rebuild all of them (new springs, seals, various replaceable components that came with the kits). Upon assembly, we applied only "Pellgunoil". All the airguns suddenly shot like new as we had a few students that had personally bought brand new rifles of same make and models that we could compare with. We're all sold on this product. Shooting scores have improved and of course the kids could not be happier! Off to Maui for the championships this weekend.

It's Pellgun oil. As necessary for your air gun as pellets/bbs. PA has the best price I've found anywhere.
Things I would have changed:Other than an industry standard that every air gun sold comes with this stuff? Nothing.
What others should know:If you're on this site buying your first air gun, toss this stuff in your cart. If you already have an air gun, what are you waiting for?

Tom Gaylord said it would fix my leak in my Smith & Wesson M&P 40 pistol and two drops later it is back as good as new. I will follow his lead and never insert another CO2 cartridge without a drop of Crosman Pellgunoil. It gives me faith in CO2 rifles and pistols and will purchase more.

2B says Best oil for seals you can buy (Co2 to Pellet area in gun)
Things I would have changed:2B would like a longer tip for better reach & one (1) oz oil instead of 1/2 oz.
What others should know:2B says Don't be cheap, use the best, you get what you pay for, unless your gun is like a paper drinking cup, use it and throw it away.

I wanted to lubricate my Crosman Pro 77 with some maintenance gun oil and some of the oil went into the air system by accident. The gun was completely ruined. CO2 cylinders were depleted immediately after insertion. No more shooting. I gave a try to Pellgun Oil, put a drop on the tip of the cylinder, inserted it upright and left it in the gun for a week. It was completely depleted when I removed it. But guess what. I inserted an other cylinder with a drop of this oil and the leaking was completely gone. That oil saved my 80$ dollars gun. It works better than when it was brand new. By the way I used Crosman cylinders. They're high quality.
Things I would have changed:Not expensive enough for the miracles it does!
What others should know:Never, never, never let any regular maintenance gun oil reach the air system of an airgun since the seal will disapear and your gun will become less worthy than a paperweight. I was fortunate that the Pellgun Oil saved the seals. I might not always work.

It seems to keep the velocity consistant and maintains the manufacturer's warranty.
Things I would have changed:Offer in a larger tube.
What others should know:Not using this Crosman pellgun oil, as instructed ,in a Crosman made product could void your airgun's warranty.

Great stuff! I bought a unfired, but vintage EB-20 Sheridan from and auction. 4 drops of pellgunoil in, I pierced the first CO2 cartridge it was leaking gas so it sounded like I had bought a gun the needed seals. I fired a couple of pellets down range and the seals met the oil and stopped leaking. I fired a few rounds every day for over a week without problems. I give all the credit to this fine product.
