Things I would have changed:Bring back the old catalog that listed all the specs and prices...you ARE losing sales with this catalog. Airgunners and any body else do not like having our time wasted having to do extra research.. the old catalog was the best and I always looked forward to getting it in the mail. Not this one cause this one just plain sucks and you ARE losing sales because of it.
What others should know:Customers need to complain loudly when you keep selling guns that have been proven to be total JUNK...you should refuse to sell them and tell the makers why. We do NOT like to go through all this return bullshit.

I have an HW 80 it's the new SL model being in NZ I couldn't buy it from here but I absolutely love it and would like to mirror what the boys on here say about it it does everything well it's heavy but it shoots brilliantly interestingly I agree with the fellow that says I actually need to tighten screws on the side every time you take it out the way you think you're scope has come loose once you keep those screws tight the thing isn't absolute nail driver brilliant air rifle wouldn't change a thing about it
