It operated properly for about four uses then the ratchet refused to stay is the on position. I contacted support but never got any answer. Would I buy it again,YES!

I have had my ACUdraw for 2 years now and have replaced the internals 2 times. The issues started about 50 shots after it was new. My issue is getting the internal mechanism to lock and unlock. after I switched the parts to get it working again after 50 shots or so It locked up again. Today I was using the broken ACUdraw and my hand slipped off and it spun around and hit my thumb. For a minute I thought it was broken. Also after 2 years and I'M guessing 200-300 shots the retract string is frayed and needs replacing. I'm very disappointed in the quality of this product.

Bought the first one and it broke while cranking. Ordered a second one and third time shooting the cable broke loose cranking it back and gadhed my hand to the bone. Overpriced garbage

Purchased my first crossbow, and was so very excited... at range and on 1st pull line snapad. Yes I watched videos.
Apparently I should have done more homework...very disappointed.

The ACU Draw Cocking Device is efficient and easy to use. It is extremely easy to crank the handle and locks into position without any issues. It is effortless to cock the crossbow. It is a great design and so much easier than the manual cocking device.

Things I would have changed:Probably would buy the pro version in hind sight for the noise, the only reason for not being 5 star
What others should know:Spend the extra money for silence buy the pro version

I bought this for a friend of mine. He had bypass surgery and couldn’t cock his crossbow. He has already killed two deer. He loves it.

Great cocking device, I don't have the upper arm strength to cock this crossbow manually, the only reason I gave 4 stars is it makes too much noise while cranking sitting in the bow stand.

I am one of those guys that thinks i dont need instructions, read the instructions and it will save you a lot of aggravation. Once installed, my 13yr old daughter can shoot a 175lb crossbow by herself. I highly recommend the accudraw

It has a slight wiggle once attached to the bow other than that it works and looking forward to taking it in the woods

Works great was missing claw holder but they sent one quickly. Instructions was a little vague but we got it installed.

My wife can now cock her own crossbow with ease....she's 5'3" and just couldn't seem to be able to cock her Wicked Ridge Rampage RX4 with the rope pull 50% off pulley cocker. So we installed the Tenpoint Acu-Draw crank cocker....Happy Wife...Happy Life ...Happy Hunting !

I’m a 62 year old deer hunter. Even though I can still use a cocking rope, the ACUdraw is much easier and way more consistency. Making much more accuracy

Acudraw is the easiest way to draw a crossbow. I am disabled and I could not draw a bow without it. The slim design makes it fit nice in the stock and the handle perfectly and is easy to use.

Love the cocking device. Took it to a local pro shop for installation. For what I paid for it I wanted it to be right. Didn’t want to risk messing it up.
