My crossbow is an older model and doesn't have the crank to let down a bolt without firing. This discharge arrow is great. Very tough, and now I don't have to carry around a small target or risk losing a good bolt.

This product does the job it needs to do. I have fired us into multiple different types of ground, meaning, soft, semi frozen and frozen. It always works.

This discharge arrow works great for 10 Point Bows. No more worries about dry discharges experienced with other vendor arrows.

Purchased this discharge arrow and it broke on the first use. I follow the instructions on the package: aim 4-5 ft in front of you. It bent the field point and deformed the weight to the point that it will not be reusable or safe. I am quite dissapointed.

The crossbow discharge arrow is very easy to use and works very well. Just shoot it into a bank or dirt pile. It's also easy to pull out. I would not recommend shooting it into a target as it tears up the target too much.

On the third time using universal discharge arrow the nock came off. I called Tenpoint and they shipped me a replacement. Which by the way didn’t fit when it arrived. While I was waiting I purchased a second universal discharge arrow so that I could continue to hunt. I put some super glue on the nock thinking that would keep it from popping off. Well it didn’t pop off it broke off after a few uses. I’m really disappointed and would buy a different discharge arrow if I could find one with the alpha nock. I tried using a field tip but it buried up to the vanes and I’m afraid of losing it completely in soft ground.

I bought a new TenPoint crossbow and needed a new discharge arrow because the new crossbows only use Alpha nocks. After the third time I used it, the nock broke. Having said that, I’ve used a discharge arrow from a different brand for hundreds of shots with no problem. I would still be using it, but my new crossbow required the Alpha nocks.

Good product. Depending on where you live, you may be just as successful using a target arrow to discharge your crossbow.

My RDX 400 doesn’t have a de-cocking capability so this a needed requirement. Easy to use and to carry.
