Not a silencer but does help reduce some noise , I recommend any product that helps me harvest a great whitetail if the cost is reasonable and this is very value .

I installed the Wicked Ridge String Dampening System and I am absolutely pleased with the difference in the amount of noise that has been eliminated by adding the SDS!

Put these on my Wicked Ridge Invader X4 not because it was to loud when it shot but to dampen the string after shooting. I have seen slow motion video of what happens when the bolt leaves the string and it and the cables do some wild things before settling back to rest, it happens fast but if you can help control it some what why not. They did seem to help some with the sound while shooting and fit like they are supposed to, follow the directions and everything will fit and work like it should I like the looks of the Xbow with them on it too. They are only for certain Xbows so make sure you make sure yours is one of them in the description.

Easy install. Instructions were pretty straigjt forward. Bow is much quieter.

The dampeners were easy to install. However use a good torx wrench. I believe the system has reduced noise however I will reserve judgement until a fire a shot from my tree stand this fall. Ten Point/ Wicked Ridge puts out quality products so I’m confident the SDS will serve well.

All the parts for tenpoint crossbows , fit perfectly. This is one reason i buy USA products. Being a machinist I like parts to fit and be made by USA craftsman.

Armed with the pros and cons from the reviews of previous buyers I purchased a good torx wrench for easier install. One of the dampening rods does seem to be a bit longer, but doesn't seem to affect performance since it doesn't restrict the string. Still very happy with purchase.

Fits perfect. Looks good. Most of it works. Remember tighten all the screws down at the end when there all in not before, this will insure your not going to cross thread them.

Great product but the assembly required the adapter base holes to be bored out. They were way too small. I used my own Torx to assemble it which made it much easier than the one provided.

Looking forward to shoot with( SDS) on my invader X4 crossbow . Had them on my invader G3 .

I could not be any happier with my purchase of my Ten Point Crossbow!! Went out today and shot a ten point whitetail with it! You guys are awesome!

Made some difference in terms of dampening the sound, not as significant as I had hoped but every little bit helps. Not as adjustable as I had expected. Arms are set back as far as possible and still makes contact with the cables, not adjustable for fit. Also, seems that the rubber covers sit just a little high for the cable but I have not noticed any impact on firing.

I was shooting my bow 80 yards with a 4 in pattern on my first day shooting it. Arrows flew straight.

Made in China?? Tried installing these and found the holes were the rods go in to be egg shaped or half machined. This is causing excessive up and down play and makes it difficult to get it lined up with the string slot. One of the rods needs to be sanded down, it's to long and touches the string. After contacting Tenpoint, to my surprise I was told there all like that." just tighten the set screws and they wont be sloppy"
