I bought the 1866 air gun for my sons 6th birthday in 2021 He loves it!!! Every time he's done shooting he puts it back in the original box"¦. Lol"¦ I asked him why he wants to put it back in the box? He said "œDad, I want to keep it nice"
As a hunter and a father, I love the safety feature with the hammer!!! I believe, this will only aid him as he grows and become more familiar with more firearm safety.
So, I want to personally thank you Barra for making a superb BB gun/air rifle.

I just purchased the 1866 gold plated air gun and let me tell you how much I love it. It's perfect for practice shooting and very accurate, it surprised me how strong it really is. Thanks again barra air guns for such a great rifle.

Loading bb into chamber was a little hard, but maybe cause it's brand new. I'm thinking it may get easier as I use it more. Enjoyed shooting , and I love the classic look.

This is a very good looking rifle with good weight and feel. Easy to load a pellet (with a little practice), easy to pump and accurate.
I'm pleasantly surprised that this is such a high quality air rifle!

I bought the same gun twice and both items did not work properly-according to manufacturer instructions. I am pleased to have been able to collaborate with Barra but the replacement gun is as shipped with cracks on the stock. All my son wanted was a pellet BB gun and the 1866 air rifle needs re-engineered. Barra has done well to work with me on a refund.

The rifle is built well thre only issue I had with it is the rear sight up and down I had to pull the adjuster completely out in order to get it to shoot accurately and now that I did that it shoots on target every time flawlessly

I love this Airsoft gun! It has a sleek design and makes you feel like you're back in the Wild West! Personally, I would love to hang it on a mantle when not in use! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I purchased this air rifle just before going out to camp with family. It was definitely a highlight item that we all wanted to try out. Just pulling the air rifle out of the box was awesome experience. It was brand new and shiny and looked just like the one on our favorite western video games. Immediately we went out to shoot it in a safe area and it shot even better than we all expected. It shoots hard and fast. and even the reloading is fun to do. If anyone ever asks me for a recommendation I'll definitely recommend them this air rifle.
