    Things I liked:

POWER! for a $116 gun it is suprisingly powerfull and acurate. Mine is fairly accurate without the scope at 40 yards. After you've shot about 100 rounds through it doesn't have as much of a recoil, which makes it easier to shoot accurately.

    Things I would have changed:

The scope as other reviews have stated doesn't work on this gun! I don't know if it wasn't designed for springers or what but it doesn't stay on target more than a few shots. I suggest saving yourself time and pellets by not even putting the scope on to try it. Don't throw it away though because it works fine on other guns like my 2260. The plastic sights would be much better if they were metal. And obviously more speed would't hurt any gun!

    What others should know:

There is definitely a lot of hunting potential for this gun. If you're a smallgame airgun hunter on a budget this gun should fill all your needs.

    Things I liked:

What a great value! As with break-barrels, this model is simple to use, quick to reload, and I think the fiber optic sight is a nice touch. The stock is fitted for an adult as opposed to the shorter stocks they put on kids guns. The finish on the stock is smooth and appears to be stained. I don't know what kind of wood it is.

    Things I would have changed:

The scope looks cool, but I never mounted it. The open sights work fine, although I'd like to see a better rear sight from the factory. This one isn't the most durable.

    What others should know:

There is a variety of .22 ammo out there. I buy lead pellets and I seem to get better range and accuracy with the cone-tipped pellets with no significant difference between manufacturers or price of the ammo. The rifle is pleasingly accurate at 50 feet. My serious shots are all less than 100 feet, and my "hail Mary" shots are up to 300 feet.

    Things I liked:

Excellent value. Nice looking rifle. After firing ~ 100 rounds to break it in, I mounted a BSA 2-7 x32, on a Leapers 1 piece mount. It zeroed quickly, and has been a consistent killer. I use a 490 FPS Crosman Phantom for close range, open sights. The Quest 800 is used for longer shots. My longest shots are usually 40 yards (measured - not guessed), at Blue Jays, crows, blackbirds and tree rats. Most have been center shots that drop the pests like they were hit by a train.

    Things I would have changed:

Drop the included rings & scope. The scope is too sensitive to eye relief, and two piece rings are useless. Lower the price by $15 with the deletions, and you have a very accurate rifle costing a pittance.

    What others should know:

I don't see a need to "upgrade" to a more expensive rifle at any time in the near future. This bargain priced rifle shoots as well as my most accurate .22 rimfires - with no noise issues.

    Things I liked:

A good rifle, considering the low cost.

    Things I would have changed:

Fiber optics on open sights are nice, but the flimsy plastic dials to align them are terrible--easily knocked out of position, easily broken. Wood is barely finished, some blemishes. Bad alignment and rough wood in the cocking area results in large splinters and sawdust scraping loose and clogging the works when you cock the rifle.

    What others should know:

Screws holding barrel in the receiver were VERY loose and need to be tightened immediately. Heavy, loud gun, rough and hard trigger pull. Typical springer traits: hold sensitive and difficult to zero in until you've got the hold down.

    Things I liked:

This gun is so powerful! The wood is nice, easy to cock, scope included, easy trigger, everything! I can almost puncture a 1 inch wood board from 15 feet!

    Things I would have changed:

Maybe just a tad more power, like 850 or 900 fps, that would make it perfect!

    What others should know:

Its kinda loud, especially during the first 15-20 shots, when oil is in the barrel. Scope is kinda hard to adjust, but when u=you got it, you got it.

Value is great for the money. hit hard and is great both hunting and target partice. Look GREAT!

    Things I would have changed:

the "iron" sight need something better for this beuitful gun. Take alot of time to scope in the scope.

    What others should know:

Be pationt with the scope and it will be dead on accerout

    Things I liked:

Power! Very much increase in knockdown over my old 755fps .177cal! Fairly accurate, though I shoot wadcutters, which arent the most accurate anyways. Nice rubber end on the stock for comfort.

    Things I would have changed:

The sights... They arent too bad just could be not so flimsy and the clicks could be a little more well defined. The scope that came with wasn't all that great either...

    What others should know:

The gun was very hard to cock for about the first 10-15 shots, then got a little easier. Finish on the wood wasn't as shiny as it looks in the picture either. Inside where the pellet goes was very oily too... might need to wipe off a little excess.

    Things I liked:

very lightweight. easy to cock. nice wooden stock. after the dieseling stopped the rifle became very quiet . I use it weekly in a residential setting(plinking and pest control) without disturbing the neighbors.

    Things I would have changed:

definitely upgrade the scope. quality control on the open sights. Took more than a little while to line the sights up. A beginner would find it virtually impossible to do.

    What others should know:

expect all crosman air rifles to go thru some dieseling for the first 10-25 shots. smelling oil burning is very common in new rifles so don't panic it goes away quickly

    Rating 3.03.0 3.0

    Things I liked:

For the price I paid this is not a bad air rifle. Comes close to it's rated power & handles 14 - 15 gr pellets at better than average velocities and power for an "economy" air rifle. Hits hard, blasts through 5/8" particle board @ ranges of 30 - 35 yd, penetrates soft spruce construction lumber 1/2 - 3/4" dependent upon density of the particular spot on the wood. Over all not a bad little air rifle for plinking away at medium sized targets from a little distance out.

    Things I would have changed:

The scope is less than desirable, I replaced it with a little better air rifle scope I had on hand. Factory open sights are flimsy and easily bumped out of zero.

    What others should know:

Accuracy is as expected for this level of economy air rifle, good at ranges of less than 15 yd, sporadic with best groups in the ≤ 2" range from 35 yd out, even off of sand bag rests. Sufficient to take out possums @ 35 - 40 yd, but go for the lethal zones of the thorax, still a quick kill with a 15 gr hunting pellet. I gave tis rifle some benefit of doubt in the ratings and review........ just what would one expect out of an "800fps" .22 cal air rifle for < $130.00??!

    Things I liked:

Good Price, wood stock and easy to use. Tru glow sights easy to see and has a build in scope stop. Scope and mounts included. Great for small game hunting and plinking.

    Things I would have changed:

    Smoother power plant. Less plastic.

    What others should know:

Runs smooth with H&N Baracuda Match (Beeman Kodiak) 21.14gr domed pellets and groups 5 to 9mm at 10 meters with scope and practice. Was able to shoot through 1/2" plywood cleanly and bury a pellet (measuring from the tip) 3/4" into a pine 2x4. My first springer. Took me a few months and tins of pellets to get consitant groupings. Air rifle is hold sensitive.

    Things I liked:

After, over one year of owning this rifle, I can finally comment on it. I have only shot with this rifle at 10 yards (that's all the range I have on my patio.),and it's deadly accurate for killing all those pesky tree rats that come to eat the birds feed. Nice stock, and barrel finish (it actually looks like if it were a more expensive rifle. Not too heavy. Light cocking effort.

    Things I would have changed:

Plastic sights, are cheap. This rifle deserves better sights

    What others should know:

Scope's a joke (toy scope), you'll be better off ordering a good quality scope. This rifle takes a few hundreds rounds for top performance. dieseling was minimum, and gone after 100 shots. Locktite is in order for this rifle screws, they keep loosening every few hundred rounds. At first it was every 40 to 60 shots. I find the recoil to be on the light side.

    Things I liked:

Easy to pump (for a young adult) and load, nice finish and the trigger is adjustable and easy to pull.

    Things I would have changed:

The scope feels cheap, and it's a little difficult to calibrate

    What others should know:

A good gun for beginners, with a nice wood finish and a long distance with relative high accuracy

The accuracy was great and the power good for the price. Also the looks are too nice.

    Things I would have changed:

The scope in the combo is awful, change to a higher setting and u miss everything. Next the mainspring needs to be made of a better steel mine broke after 2500-3000 shoots.

    What others should know:

This is a nice gun for the money. It's great for knocking down treerats.

    Things I liked:

Very sweet shooting gun for the money. Cocking effort is light considering the power. Trigger is relatively crisp for this price range. Sights are very good though somewhat delicate. Accuracy is also very good (1/2' at 25 yards)

    Things I would have changed:

Higher quality mainspring(mine broke at 7000 rounds), better scope mount rails

    What others should know:

Though powerful, the light cocking effort makes it a pleasure to shoot. More than enough power for squirrels and jays

    Things I would have changed:

Quality Control!!! The gun I got must have been defective...no WAY was it going thru 3/4" plywood as stated in another review. It couldnt even bury pellets 100% into any type of wood. The scope/mount was hard to judge because I never truly figured out what was wrong with the gun...BUT the scope did not allow me to see things well....you had to be looking in a very certain angle to get a decent picture...that's gotta go. I think there might have been a barrell lockup problem? If so, it needs fixed.

    What others should know:

I couldnt get this gun/scope combo OR this gun and a known good scope to group any less than 3" at 10 yards!!! 700 pellets trying everything under the sun....I think the gun was just plain defective. If you get a good one I'm sure its a good value.

    Things I would have changed:

The plastic site's not very tuff ?guard them with your life! And the triger guard plastic to!!not good need's more metal.

    What others should know:

For the money , not a bad gun ! Mr.bunny wabbit is in for a world of hurt.
