    Things I liked:

This gun balances well in the hand. The sights were easy to adjust and I was able to dial it right in.

    Things I would have changed:

I would actually like to see the gun be a little shorter. The grip frame is a little too smooth, but you can easily texture it with a wood burning tool.

    What others should know:

This gun packs a nice punch in .22. Lots of fun and real accurate.

    Things I liked:

    Good balance and feel

    Things I would have changed:

Put a better barrel on it and charge more.

    What others should know:

Nice little gun, but with terrible accuracy. I put a 10X scope on it and bench rest tested at 10 yards indoors. I tried 14 different pellets of various shapes and weights. All shot groups in excess of one inch and some in excess of two inches. Most of the pellets chambered extremely hard. The trigger broke at 34 ounces with some creep. I guess for its price, one should not expect too much, but I would gladly pay more for some accuracy.

    Things I liked:

good balance, light, feels snug in medium sized hand, bolt on the left so you don't have to release your hold, iron sights adjust nicely at rear, pellet tray loads single shots easily, magazine fits nice and works well.mount a pistol scope on the dovetail with medium risers and this .22 caliber pistol is fun to shoot and accurate right out of the box . good value for the price.

    Things I would have changed:

the safety is in the wrong place and takes to much effort . the trigger adjustment only serves to take up the dead space and not release pressure. just as well because with that safety switch you certainly don't want a hair trigger. The bolt for removing the grip cap has an annoying rattle and should traded out for something that doesn't stick out or rattle. Its' 6 mm thread and you can change it yourself like I did. That's no big deal.

    What others should know:

Be careful with that safety !

    Things I liked:

Given the cost, very accurate. Was getting good groupings. It uses little Co2. I was at 65 shots when the cow cylinder died. Loading the Co2 is simple.

    Things I would have changed:

The breech is a tad sticky, but I was using cheap pellets. Am told RWS elite work well. My biggest complaint is the handle. It is NOT made for large hands. It is small, and I had a hard time keeping the trigger centered on my fingertip.

    What others should know:

For $79 dollars, really fun gun!

    Things I liked:

Well made, easy to use, comes in a padded case, good price for what you get.

    Things I would have changed:

I might go with a .177 caliber for more shots - .22 seems to drop after about 30 shots - accuracy decreases quickly.

    What others should know:

Great backyard plinking gun, easy to use and fun for the family.

    Things I liked:

The overall build quality of the gun is excellent. The metal work and the fit and finish on the parts is well above that of most pistols in the price range. There was a lot of attention to detail and thought that went into the design of the pistol, such as the CO2 unjamming port and integrated tightening tool. The gun is respectably accurate so far in my initial tests. The gun also shipped with a nylon carry case and Styrofoam cut outs for the pistol.

    Things I would have changed:

The front sight is a little bit thick for my preferences. The trigger is acceptable out of the box but could be slightly better.

    What others should know:

The magazine does obstruct view of the open sights slightly. The barrel is held in with loctite.

    Things I liked:

This is a very good pistol right out of the box. I liked the sights, how they adjusted and it seemed to shoot very well. I haven't done any extensive shooting yet, but I am very satisfied so far. I like the extra CO2 storage in the hand grip a lot.

    Things I would have changed:

I am hoping I can get a different grip cap. It is removable to store an extra CO2 in the hand grip. The hand grip is an odd shape with a protrusion to the rear, which can be seen in these photos. This protrusion prevents me from obtaining an optimal grip, I have to modify my grip to align the sights and it is mildly annoying. I think I will either shave off that portion if possible or see if they make a different grip cap, I would love to have a "1911" grip profile on this pistol.

    What others should know:

Can't go wrong for the money, I'd buy it again or recommend to my brother, even with the wacky grip protrusion.

    Things I liked:

This is the first CO2 airgun I have ever owned. I own several springers. Bought this one in .22 cal. for dispatching squirrels and chipmunks. It is fairly powerful at close range (10 to 15 yards) and fairly accurate. Can put several shots in a 1 inch bull at that distance. I installed first CO2 cartridge when received and shot maybe 25 shots then I sat for 2 1/2 weeks. After that amount of time it still had plenty of air left for next shot. Apparently does not leak .

    Things I would have changed:

Rear sight has to be adjusted way left on mine to line up correctly to barrel. Would love to see aftermarket sight or better yet, improve factory sight. I also would like the option to buy separate rifle barrel and stock that you get when ordering carbine kit. Currently it is the only way to get this option is to buy package as of the review. Grip is a little weird for me , long and flat, like holding a box of Junior Mints and pointing. Small hands could have a issue.

    What others should know:

If planning to mount a scope and use the magazine instead of single loading, you will need to use high rings to get clearance.

    Things I liked:

Haven't had this gun long enough to really put it thru the paces (2 weeks). Seems to be plenty accurate using open sights. Shoots plenty hard enough. Seems to be well built. Fits well in my hand.

    Things I would have changed:

    Magazine seems a little frail.

    What others should know:

A lot of gun for the money. I'm looing forward to getting to know this gun a little better. I have several pellet and BB handguns and like this gun because of the 9 shots.

it use rotary magazine and good trigger from the factory. It also shoot well with the crosman 22 premier dome pellet which is my favorite ammo

    Things I liked:

Great Pistol. I liked everything about it. Accurate right out 0f the box, very little site adjustment. The magazine is a great addition to this pistol. The handle grip is very comfortable making for a steady hold. I like the storage of extra cylinder in the handle. Looking forward to getting the stock @ barrel extention

    Things I would have changed:

    Not one thing

    What others should know:

The magazine was hard to load but is getting easier with practice, and operates without any problems.

    Things I liked:

Feels good out of the box, hard hitter. I bought the .22 to compliment a CP-1M .177 I have - this pistol frame is sold under several names and configurations including Artemis, SPA, Kandar, Mrodair, SMK. It is solidly constructed. The trigger in the Diana is better than the CP-1M, being adjustable for travel. The trigger assembly is welded to the to the tube, has one pin and a leaf spring, non-adjustable for weight.

    Things I would have changed:

Better finishing internally - On both guns I have, the external fit and finish are very good for a gun in this price range. However, the internals need a little TLC. The hammer has a phosphate finish and is machined a little rough as is the lower tube interior. The manufacturer polished the internal portion of the tube where the CO2 cart slides in but left the hammer weights' travel area a tad rough.

    What others should know:

This gun is mod-able. Since the frame has been sold worldwide for several years, there are some tweaks and upgrade parts available. If you've taken a Crosman 22xx apart, this gun will be easy to work on. Spend an hour polishing the hammer, clean/light lube the tube. A little silicone on the transfer port o-rings. The barrel threading on the front is not 1/2-20, but adapters are available, also hammer springs, spring guides. GMAC and T.R. Robb have parts. The grip frame for these guns is decidedly Euro in design, placing the hand in a somewhat different than American normal position. Wide hand/large fingers may not like it

    Things I liked:

Pistol has "micro adjustable" sights. Also like the option of being able to switch between single shot and 9 round mag. The bolt being on the left is more convenient to work in multi shot mode. Has enough power to send small target objects flying. Lots of fun.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing comes to mind.

    What others should know:

Windage adjustment is made by backing off one screw and tightening the opposing screw. I tried to move the sight left by tightening the right screw. This caused the sight to move to the right?? The adjustments work. Just not the way you think. When loading a CO2 cartridge, I kept tightening it down a little at a time without success. Backed it off a little and re tightened (not as tight as the first attempt) and had success. Dry fired and got a tiny pop. Fired a second time (without tightening any more) and got full power. No leaks. CO2 loading like this works the same every time for me.

    Things I liked:

price; basic design other than grip size and configuration; did not fire, as returned to vendor.

    Things I would have changed:

grip is very small vertically, and does not fit my small-med man's hand; "spurs" at top and bottom rear of grip limit it's use even further; I cannot use this pistol as is and have returned to vendor; rotary clips are expensive and clumsy; loading clip on left of pistol and location of bolt on left side are a clumsy design; sights should have at least white dots; storage of spare co2 cartridge in grip is pointless

    Things I liked:

This is a tabletop and shooting review of the Diana Chaser CO2 pistol. I purchased the gun from Pyramid Air and it arrived well packed and on time. I purchased the pistol alone, without the carbine shoulder stock, I wanted to see how accurate the pistol was before I purchased the multi-shot magazine and shoulder stock. The gun is made in China, not Germany. There are the letters HW followed by the series of numbers on the left side and this makes me think that the gun may have been a design by another famous German air gun maker of the same initials. The gun is made of steel and polymer. This is good industrial strength polymer like a Glock, the appearance and finish are pleasing. The sights are adjustable for windage and elevation and they are good sharp, easy to use sights. The grip is somewhat odd. There is a spur at the base of the grip that doesn’t seem to belong there, but it’s not uncomfortable and I would rate the grip as at least serviceable. The trigger is a single stage with a little bit of slack that breaks clean at one pound according to my gauge, but it feels heavier, more like five. The trigger guard is small. You won’t be shooting the gun while wearing gloves. There is a slot in the bottom of the trigger guard that appears to be a screwdriver slot for adjusting the trigger, however, there are no instructions telling you how to do that! The safety catch is a cross bolt on the trigger. There is a slot in the side of the gas cartridge chamber that allows you to see if there is a gas cartridge in the gun, that is useful because I have other CO2 guns and I can’t tell if there is a gas cartridge in them without dry firing the gun. No such problem with the Chaser. Loading a gas cartridge is simple until to try to pierce the cartridge, I can’t get enough purchase on the cap in order to pierce the gas cartridge. The enclosed instructions suggest unscrewing the swivel on the bottom of the grip, screwing the shaft of the swivel into the end cap and using the extra leverage to pop the gas cartridge. This works okay. To load a pellet, simply drop it into the loading tray and use the bolt to chamber the pellet. Sounds simple, but I’m using RWS Meisterkugeln pellets and they take quite a bit of effort to chamber. My gun is in caliber .22, because it easier for me to work with the larger pellets. Accuracy is good, in fact very good. Not good enough for a formal ten-meter match, but the gun will shoot into one hole (not single hole) at seven meters, which is all I have in my garage. I’m sure its accuracy used with a shoulder stock would be outstanding. The muzzle is threaded for a silencer (moderator?) and has a screw –on cap over the threads. The gun is furnished with a nylon carry bag and fitted foam insert, All in all, a pretty nice gun, plenty good enough for even some challenging informal target shooting. I don’t have a chronograph so I cant’ verify the MV figures, but it bangs pretty load, so I think it puts the pellets out there at a decent velocity. With the carbine stock, you would have a pretty neat little takedown gun in a carrying case to take to the field or a camp. Or you can simply use it as a stand-alone handgun. I consider the purchase to be good value. I would recommend this gun to a friend.

    Things I would have changed:

Might change the grip. The spur on the bottom looks odd and it is.

    What others should know:

Balance and ergonomics are good despite an odd appearance.
