Pre set carbon fiber tank O-rings.' Thats it I got the 30 cal...... It Is AWSOME !

When first setting up your Blitz. You will need to set the O-Rings in the tank by using a blast of air from a tank. Like setting a tire bead. I have hand pump and a Velvor Compressor
Neither one worked. So plan on doing this first day. Haven't had a problem since.!

Make it not jam more often than not and the insanely heavy trigger.

The first one I ordered jammed pretty much every mag, only ever fired in full auto once successfully. The second one was the same, it would jam every few shots. Its insane to me that something this unreliable would be pushed to market, one of the mags for the replacement blitz was even too wide to fit in the gun at all. The trigger is the heaviest I have ever experienced, super hard pull on both guns. At least Pyramyd has great customer service, the exchange and returns were easy and quick.

Jam Jam Jam wow what a mess. So dissapointed. 1st shot jam 2shot jam , every shot jam. Full auto 2 shots jam. Just got the gun today and it's packaged back up for return. Hatson do your homework.

Accurate as heck and very consistent downside trigger pull is obnoxiously stiff mine if I had to guess is in the 15 pound range no joke I thought the gun was broken when I got it to be honest flipped the safety off and squeezed like heck ,trigger didn't move , looked at the manual to be sure safety was indeed off finally and got it to fire but it's a commitment for sure

"TRIGGER" ! I thought sure I'd break the trigger off before I got it to fire It's not good for sure now if it had the Airmax trigger it would be unbeatable

I really like the feel of the gun it isnt super heavy unlike my Hatsan airmax but thats because it is a wood stock and I like the tactical feel it has even though I will use it only for hunting and the full auto is fun when you want to watch your bank again go dry lol. The accuracy I only gave a 4 as I could only get 50.15 grain pellets and it seems to do ok but not good by any means so now I am waiting on the jsb hades 44.75 grain which is said to shoot hole to hole out of the gun.

I would definitely change the fact that it takes so much pressure to seal the valve to make the gun take air. So maybe Hatsan needs to fill it all the way up at factory to seal them then ship empty since you cant ship things with pressured air in them

If you are having trouble with getting air in the gun and getting the valve to close what I did was take the gun completely apart and got to that valve and heated up the plunger then stuck in down on the nylon washer so it would mold to the metal and seat that way and once I did that it still leaked air but I was able to put enough air in with my hand pump that is completely sealed. But if you dont have the knowledge or confidence to take your new gun apart and dont have an air bank or compressor its impossible to fill the gun. My advice is when you get it to a functional pressure take a magazine and full auto that sucker into the nearest post to make sure the valve will seat.

Nice looking bit heavy but the one I had and sending back after a week would not shoot straight did better with the sights but not with scopes one cheap one and one 700.00 one get a few shots out then jam

More care on the finishing exterior was fine but the insides were for sure rough you could feel it

One magazine load in auto was fun but after that it would jam after 3 or 4 shots just not worth playing with it

Nothing

I went with a hand pump to start, it works good and is practical for shooting a few magazines and then pumping again but it is very hard to get a full capacity load of air in the cylinder. I am fortunate and have some young bucks around to help. It is not something to change but gapped for people to know that to get the full benefit of what this awesome machine can do a big tank and or compressor is the pinnacle of cool.

just a additional comment to my original review.. I love it that I can shoot over 100 rounds before needing air refill

I don't know if it is possible but definitely would not mind a larger magazine..

this gun takes a lot of air especially first time filling.. I have the trail charger and I filled it to half and let it rest then finished filling.. later refill it was fine to fill all the way in one setting.. I don't recommend anyone trying to fill this gun with a cheap compressor or even worse.. don't expect to pump it up by hand unless you need a long workout.. I'd never consider hand .. but I can recommend this as a well built and good gun

great gun, lots of power and works well.. unlike the other reviews it is very accurate I can get a quarter to cover the group at 50 yards whether I use semi auto or full auto.. looking forward to trying it out at 100 yards and I only use open sights

I almost didn't buy it because of the reviews.. first off you have to cock any airgun prior to filling, so those reviews are not correct since apparently they missed it in the instructions.. only problem I found filling it was a leak at the adapter, and I solved it using the supplied seal plus the rubber coated metal washer with the gun.. I was also hesitant because I like accurate and I have not gotten a chance to try 100 yards but I did 50 and I only shoot open sights, so I can assume that someone with a good scope can do better, but I covered all shots with a quarter and it didn't matter semi or full auto

good gun, apparently well built, but I do understand that it will need more cleaning to keep it functioning since it uses it uses the air to cycle, so I can assume that lead dust and such will need cleaning.. what I read was just cleaning the barrel, but I am assuming that it probably gets around in some parts of the action, I'd think in the barrel shroud where it gets the exhaust gas to cycle.. I think it is well built

RATE OF FIRE

Lighten up the G O D awful heavy trigger and for nearly $1000 it could at least come with a dust cap for the fill port.

It's just a typically cheap made Hatsan. 1 1/2 groups at 35 yards is the norm with various pellets and slugs that I've tried but it is fun to rip off 20+ rounds in a couple seconds. Accuracy by volume of fire is the best way to describe it I guess. I mean, it's more of a gimmick than anything. Just don't expect to headshot a squirrel at 75 yards unless you spray and pray and get lucky lol

it is accurate when it shoots which is occasionally.

the gun jams after 3 or 4 shots on semi and after 2 or three on full. I suspect the problem is with the magazine which is cheap plastic.

i have a Hatsan harpoon which has been working flawlessly for a number of seasons so I thought the blitz would be of similar quality. Obviously it is not. The gun jams with every use. A full auto pellet gun is more complicated than one that fires an arrow but you would think to maintain their reputation they would have made sure the gun works before releasing it to the market. By the way, Hatsan told Pyramyd they would handle customer service which is basically non existent. You call and they tell you to go to the website which is about as useful as going into your closet and asking for help. Good concept, bad gun. stick with FX semi auto.

Pyramid air has the best service hands down. They are remarkable. Got the first one. Didnt work. They swapped it out no worries. The one they sent is amazing. For the money and never having to buy .22 rimfire ammo again. Its a steal. Accurate. Well built. Very tight mechanism.

More capacity in the magazine for us big kids. Like a 100 round.

Be careful. This has real .22 power. Order lots of pellets. Have tons of plinking cans.

Do not modify or alter (personalize) your Hatsan Air Rifle in anyway and send in for repairs under or out of warranty if you simply paint it pink they will not work on it ! One reason they refused my 30cal blitz was for putting a carbon fiber tape on a already carbon fiber air bottle ?

I love the full auto it so much fun it makes this 68 year old man laugh lol, semi auto is fun too but 2cnd to full auto.

Make it backyard friendly it is loud,and the trigger pull better also make the mags bigger lol.i

I bought mine for 999.00 5 days later its now 799.00 . I got the 25 i wished i had gotten the 22 because i have tons of 22 pellets and not alot of 25.

Very happy with this rifle. Very accurate and has performed flawlessly.

It is heavy with a scope, moderator and bipod installed- you would feel it on a deep hike into the woods. I wonder if a full auto version of the Bullmaster is in the works...

It was a bit of a process to initially charge it- I don't recommend attempting with a hand pump or even a compressor. It really needs the high flow rate of a fill tank to seat the seals and begin charging. Once the initial charge was completed, mine recharges from a hand pump or compressor.

I got the 22 caliber it works flawlessly Also purchased 5 extra clips you need them Full auto is a lot of fun but goes through ammo really quick

It is fairly accurate and a lot of fun at 40 yd. In full auto it can shake your scope loose if it's not really tight

Give it a little more power. Would be worth reducing shots for more pier.

Fun gun. I bought the 25 cal. If had opportunity to change to the 22, I would do so. But it is a great gun regardless.

Full auto is very fast, fun, and impressive. I would say the accuracy is definitely not bad.

The trigger pull is extremely heavy and it takes two hands to cock it.

Overall this is my least favorite air gun. If I could return it I would.

It's accurate. and it brings back the 10yr old in this 65 yr old who likes to blow stuff up.

30 cal eats bullets fast and is a little expensive. Think about casting bullets if you go 30 cal
