A bit awkward and heavy at first to carry around, but I worked it out, as a first time crossbow hunter. Harvested 2 deer this year. Both shots through and through. Very powerful and accurate. I would recommend to either always check your cocking handle or buy a spare as I lost mine in the field. Probably didn't check it well

We had to return ,after a few shots string was shredding, never could sight it in. String is rubbing on the rail.

Best cross bow I have owned and shot. This thing is awesome. The ACUslide is better than I imagined. Fast and quiet. Love the scope as well.

Arguably one of my favorite 10 point bows ever. Just the right mix of speed with exceptional accuracy. Simple to use and has been trouble free. Long string life is a bonus.

Crossbow is light especially like how narrow it is makes it easy to carry while riding four wheelers and walking through thick cover

All around the viper 430 is light narrow fast and accurate the accu slid and ability to decock is very convenient when leaving the stand you just can't beat Tenpoint crossbow I recommend to anyone who ask me about getting into archery hunting beginners or seasoned vets

This is my 4TH TEN POINT CROSSBOW since owning the phantom model, every model since has not disappointed they are lighter, faster and more accurate. Unlike several friends that have had issues with their brand of crossbow I have had ZERO problems with my ten points over the many years of use and look forward to my next new model. I have been hunting over 45 years now and without a doubt would not still be bow hunting if not for TENPOINT products.

This is my first crossbow, and possibly will never need to buy another! Everything about it has been easy to operate, with enough safeties to keep me from making a mistake de cocking. I took a few deer with it this year out to 60 yards and it preformed flawlessly. I chose TenPoint for their legendary warranty and craftsmanship and have not been disappointed!

Love the fact that I don't have to deploy arrow to de-cock. The size of the Viper allows me to comfortably use it in my 4'x4' blind without the limbs hitting sides of window opening. Wouldn't know how to improve it, works great. Although I would never take a 70yd shot, I placed my target out at 70yds used the scope line at 70 and hit the target 3 for 3.

Excellent crossbow, accudraw release can be touchy and can't use after string and cables were changed. A little to heavy for me and liked the balance of my Horton much better. But it DOES the job

Crossbow is light and short for movability. Shoots 430 ft per second. Very accurate when tuned with your scope. Cockling and de-cocking feature is excellent. Excellent product!

This crossbow is simply amazing. It is very accurate, it is surprisingly quiet and simple to operate. It feels as well built as it is. It is not a light weapon, but it is not unwieldy, either. The scope is very high quality. It didn't take as many shots to dial it in as I used, but that is because it was so fun to shoot. It balances well, understanding it is slightly front heavy. For the speed of this hot rod, it surprises me that it is not better known
