Fun to shoot power not too bad seems pretty reliable., gets fair amount of shotsnout of the co2

Increase power level a bit, more weight or maybe metal and include a bb factory with purchase

Use steel bb only! No coated steel, i made a mistake and used copper coated steel and all internal parts were copper powder coatee after first 100 rounds i had to go in with wd40 and a straw to clean plus some dissassembly

Really cool gun with the six round burst. Feels great in hands.

Put the CO2 in the stock buffer tube allowing to create an actual magazine without a BB feeder spring and noisey bb bank.

Eats through CO2 and BBs like crazy and a really cool gun to shoot

Worked well the first three times I used it, then it was jamming up. I found using the black BBs fed best

It looks great. I was showing it to a friend and he thought it was real until he picked it up. I like the 6 shot bursts. I know some people don't like to have to shake it to load the bbs, but that is a whole lot easier than having to put them in one at a time.

The door on the mag to load the CO2 is really hard to open. I am afraid I'm going to break it every time I open it. It doesn't really slide or hinge. You just have to keep tugging on it until it opens.

I can hit a 2x2 inch target at 10 yards with no problem. Farther than that not so good. Steel bbs are more accurate than dust devils. So if you are out in the middle of nowhere use steel.

loads of bb's single or burst shooting.light and the magazines are reasonably priced. can install all kinds of acc. on the ramps.

Just hoping doesnt break ..reading reviews sounds like it will...but not so far...kinda hard shaking bbs into loading area...but definitely would buy another..

I like the concept. Didn't get to experience it though. I should've went with my gut and listened to the other verified purchasers. I didn't even make it into my backyard to shoot the thing!! Followed the instructions, but right when I stuck the magazine into the gun it started hissing, and dumping out co2. Thinking it was a fluke I tried 2 more cartridges and got the same poor results. Super bummed.

It should also be known that the gun arrived on Friday 07/13/2018, and I requested for a return yesterday (07/14/2018).

My experience with this gun was not a good one. That doesn't mean yours will be bad as well. This is just my experience.

More metal in the gun more reliable of a gun since mine no longer works after 2or 3 weeks of light use

Ya this product os very disappointing it just quit working after a couple of weeks and it wasn't used that much.know i have to pay to have it shiped back to get it fixed

fun to shoot while it last. mine last three months and about 1500 bbs. then quit.

reliability. poor design. all will fail on short order.

don't waste your money on this gun since these air rifles are defective. mine only lasted till the warranty expired. i will not purchase any more umarex products.

The function and feel of the Steel Force is certainly in its favor not only as an afternoon plinker but also as a training tool for someone who doesn't have the option to get to a range as often as we would like. Basic marksmanship with the option to use the same optics and accessories that are on the real firearm make for perfection when needed. Also it works very well for clearing and malfunction drills since you can unseat the mag without it falling to the ground. Kts absolutely a lot of fun to shoot. Single shot mode was powerful enough and accurate even with open sights. 6 rd burst, well that just brings a smile to anyone's face. Accuracy is still good enough when you are realistic about what you have in your hands.

Understandably the more moving parts you have the more things cost. If the option were open to change the grip, add a sling point then I think you not only have a super fun plinker and certified can killer but a training tool that can be easily be set up to match a user's regular firearm.

The first time you fill the reservoir and find your self doing the shake and bake shuffle to load the actual bb mag you will stop and think "What am I doing?" Once you get past that and take a few shots, them flip the lever to burst mode you won't care how silly you look shaking your gun. You will however learn just how often you do it happily since this rifle is so much fun to shoot. My kids and I both love it and I look forward to many summer evenings blasting away in the back yard with it. No you won't get sub MOA accuracy like some kind of custom rifled metered gas competition gun. No it won't produce the tiny groups your customized AR will. But if your goal is basic skill practice, fun with the family, or just a great time plinking with paper or other targets be sure to get this rifle! You won't regret it.

This little airgun rocks. More accurate then I would have thought and once I mounted a dot site and green laser, this like airgun rocks. Very fun to shoot.

Make it work/more reliable.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This is a total piece of junk, and Im very sad to have to say that. But it is. Ive been through 3... 3 BRAND NEW guns. ALL of them broke on me with normal use, within one day of having them. Were talkin, the hopper is supposed to hold 300 BBs (debatable), and I couldnt even get through a full hopper ON 3 DIFFERENT, 3 BRAND NEW GUNS – without every single one of them breaking on me. By breaking I mean they wouldn’t shoot at full power, BBs just roll out of the barrel, if you have it on single fire it will (try to) shoot auto, but then like I said, BBs just roll out of the barrel. Until it completely stops and just makes noise or the trigger just pulls with no reaction whatsoever. It’s totally just a badly made product, and the company does not seem to care.

The thing I like about this gun is you can play John Wick in your backyard. the book syas its accurate an 30 feet. I nock cans around at up to 30 yards

The complainers that dont know how to oil moving parts and giving these this a bad name. 17 years in the desserts what did we forget about gun oil?

Mostly plastic, but has a good feel to it. CO2 lasts longer than I expected, and that's a good thing with the BB capacity and how easy it is to load. I giggled like a little kid firing in burst mode! I put a red dot sight on it, and it's accurate enough that I was using acorns for targets at around 30 ft. and bouncing them all over the yard.

Adjustable sights would be nice, but probably not that necessary. I put a red dot on mine anyways. Would like to see some way to make it "lock back" when last bb is fired from the magazine. It's easy to squeeze off a burst or two before realizing you're shooting blanks!
