This is my first CO2 purchase and I think it's just pure fun. Nice metal construction, good balance and comfortable grip. Accuracy is decent for plinking and theforce delivered is surprising. I put about 60 shots into a plastic topped can, they tore through the plastic and had enough umph left to make a serious dent in the metal bottom.

As others have said the big knob on the bottom spoils the look but I am okay with it.

All the things other reviewers have commented on... looks and feels great.

Quality control. After perhaps 200 shots the trigger stopped working normally: now I have to push it forward to get it set up to fire the next shot. Pretty crummy.

With only a 90 day warranty - which had, of course, expired when the trigger problem developed - PA is out of the picture, and the cost of sending it to Umarex plus paying (an unknown amount) for repair was more than it is worth. I no longer buy anything from PA (from whom I have purchased more than a dozen air guns) that doesn't have a one year warranty. I suspect that the 90 day warranty reflects their experience with the pistol.

Beautifully constructed pistol ! Almost all steel, and it is VERY realistic in comparison to the actual Walther PPK/S firearm, in fact I can hardly tell the difference except for the CO2 screw-knob on the butt. With it's surprising "blowback", it feels like you are firing the REAL thing. The slide locking back when the magazine is empty is another added bonus. For it's reasonable price, this air pistols the BEST value of them all !

Get rid of the knob on the butt. Improve the velocity by about 60 f.p.s.

This pistol is about the ninth one that I have purchased for my airgun collection. I waited until later to buy it because I was not impressed with the advertised low velocity of 295 f.p.s. It turns out that the pistols other attributes MORE than make up for that. Solidly constructed, and oh, so comfortable in your hand. It's recoil is GREAT ! Had I known that this lil' gun was so IMPRESSIVE I would have bought it first for my collection ! Pure Quality and INCREDIBLE VALUE !

Every thing, nice shooting pistol nice feel. I have a Walther CP Sport I wish that pistol had the same trigger pull as this one.

The ammo clips could have been made of metal, I would have paid the extra price also a way to lock spring when loading, I use a small binder clip works great.

Make sure you buy extra clips, makes shooting a lot more fun.In all you will not be disappointed with this pistol.

I like the feel and size of this gun. I own the real PPK and this is as close as it gets

The knob that sticks out of the bottom is unsightly and takes away from the "Real" look. Also it catches on the holster. I removed mine and replaced it with a 1/4-20 set screw that is flush on the bottom of the grip.

The all-metal construction gives the gun an impressively realistic feel. The blow back action provides just the right amount of recoil, giving the feel of a firearm, but not so much that it creates any problems for reasonable accuracy. The grips were comfortable, the balance points perfect, and the handling beyond superb for the price.

The magazine was a little difficult to load (although someone with smaller fingers would probably have no trouble). A slightly less obvious screw for the CO2 would be nice, as it is the only feature of the gun that detracts from a realistic look.

The blow back action was a little surprising the first time I shot the gun, though it was fairly easy to get used to. This gun makes for an excellent trainer, though it is reasonably priced if you just want to have fun.

I love the feels, look, solid build, like the real full size Replica for the very low price. Awesome CO2 Pistol!

Feels fantastic, shoots great, and is an all around blast.

Would have been perfect if the safety was like the real walther instead of having a fake safety lever on the slide and the real safety being lower on the grip.

All-in-all a great shoot for the price. The blowback action gives this little beauty a real sense of reality.

Wow! It looks great, it feels great; great weight, shape, style, everything. Don't let get that it's little size totally fool you, because ut has great power, great shoots, great blownback effect. Must have this air gun.

The only thing that is really really bad with this air gun, is the safe , IS NOT SAFE , it is really dangerous because it can be switched extremely easily without almost any force. KEEP OUT OF CHILDREN REACH.

I am a returning customer of Pyramid Air, if you want to buy the best air gun plus best customer service; then Pyramid Air is the rule. I am from Puerto Rico, and they do shipping for it, that's great. Also I have the Beretta PX4 storm already for more than a year, and still like new condition. I bought this ppk walther because I always want to have it, since James Bond 007 movies during my childhood; and I haven't disappointed with it. Thanks a lot.

Open ejection port. Slide locks back after last round. Mostly metal construction. Factory installed mock silencer is kind of neat.

Plastic magazine should be metal. That unsightly looking knob on the butt of the guns handle, really ruins the realism.

Other than the above mentioned issues, it is fine for having some plinking fun and well made.

Must have if you like the replicas. Blow back is great. The SA trigger is good. Power is decent. Good value for the money. Pretty good life out of a CO2 cart. Easy and fun to shoot.

Accuracy is okay, but not great by any means. Mine shot high out of the box; I had to file down the rear sights to get it right on target at my shooting distances (~7 yards). I'd like to see an option to have one with fiber optic sights, but that's just me. Spring lock down on the magazine would be a great benefit for loading, and I wish they were metal.

Good training tool and all kinds of fun! BUY IT! You won't be sorry. Buy the extra 3 mags because you'll blow through the 15 rounds in a hurry.

This pistol is pretty accurate in low wind conditions, has an authentic feel to it, and is very durable. very good basic pistol, and is upgradable

I really only wish that the CO2 crank was a little less obtrusive and obvious. Perhaps altering the CO2 cover on the left side of the grip into a tension-spring thatpushes the CO2 cartridge into place when you close it shut(like a vicegrip does to clamp closed) would reassure that the CO2 cartridge is in place, and would require less effort and time to change the CO2 cartridge.

One of my older PPK/s pistols has a CO2 screw crank that causes the CO2 cartridge to be placed in the receiver valve off-center, and thus I cannot snap the cover on at all, and the cover protrudes. I solved this by swapping out the crank and hex nut with an Allen head Bolt and fitting Hex nut that matched the thread and diameter of the crank, and it not only works much better, now I can crank my CO2 in using an Allen tool. Not to mention that now my pistol doesn't have that obvious protusion at the bottom of the pistol grip.

The heft & feel of this pistol is similar to the real firearm. Blowback feature is really nice. Awesome bottle / can plinker.

So far...not a thing.

This pistol shreds aluminum cans, pinecones, walnuts, and bottle caps in a jiffy! If you have the opportunity, shoot or own one. You wont be sorry!

Very comfortable to shoot, good accuracy at close range. Appears to be well made.

Metal clip with spring lock down while loading BB's would be a good change and addition.

Accuracy is great within 5 yards (remember it is a low powered BB gun so calibrate your expectations). At this range I get about 90 usable shots out of a single CO2 cartage.

Feels and looks like a "real" pistol. Blowback action is cool. It's a hell of a lot of fun to shoot. Well made airgun.

Get extra clips and Umarex Universal Steel BB Speedloader...you won't regret it!
