Best shooting pellet I've found (so far) in my Marauder. One ragged hole at 30 yards.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing.

    What others should know:

    Great value.

    Things I liked:

    nice tin..

    Things I would have changed:

get rid of the wrinkled mess of a dome and the enormous amount of flash....go back to the original design...or at least make it a point to notify the buyers that the design has been changed....for the worse...

    What others should know:

this is NOT the same design as of my tin from a year ago...the new design base hollow has a sharper taper that ends in a point instead of the shallow taper that ends in a flat....the pellets I bought are very dirty and no where near as the pellet I had from a year ago....there are many complaints being posted about these pellets in the several online forums...

this is NOT a Pyramyd Air problem...Crosman has changed things and quality control has also gone down drastically along the way

    Things I would have changed:

I would change the qc process.

    What others should know:

This batch of domes from Benjamin is terrible to say the least. The skirts are thin and the heads are marked up from some sort of tooling issue. You can check out the many complaints about these on GTA and other forums. I will not be purchasing anymore Benjamin products until they get these types of issues fixed. They have made it quite clear that these types of defects are acceptable from a manufacturing standpoint. I am making it clear that these defects are NOT acceptable from a consumer standpoint.

    Things I liked:

nice can....these USED to be a great pellet now they are anything but...WHY AREN'T THESE LISTED AS A NEW DESIGN?

    Things I would have changed:

go back to the old design, go back to making them without wrinkled domes and return to making them without a TON of flash....I'm not all that picking but these things are a MESS!...

    What others should know:

these ARE NOT the pellets they used to be...the Hollow Base is completely different the domes are WRINKLED something awful, they are full of flash and they don't shoot worth a hoot....would NOT recommend them to a friend....

    Things I liked:

These came in the Package with the P/A Marauder promotion deal a while back. First group I ever shot with that gun was one ragged hole -- half the size of a dime at 30 yards. It's been the same ever since. Shot at 60 yards and got 1 to 1-1/2 consistently depending on how well I'm reading the wind that day. Already bought three more tins from P/A along with one tin of H&N Barracuda (heavies) to try. These beat the H&N slightly in my gun. Love them

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing1 Love-um!

    What others should know:

These are worth a try in your .25. Very inexpensive too!

    Things I liked:

Very nice pellet!! Clean and only a couple bent skirts in the tin of 200. They are very accurate in my Synrod being so close to the JSB Exact Kings(.45" CTC. at 75 yds.) that I can on any given day get a better group with these than the JSBs. I am getting 5/8ths." CTC groups at 75 yards with these on average and when I am on my game and sort the pellets first, I have shot under a half inch groups at 75 yards. All groups are 5 shot groups and shot with the gun starting at 2900psi.

    Things I would have changed:

Make a larger tin and offer them in 400-500 count tin. Thats it!!

    What others should know:

I would say try these in your Marauder first along with the JSB Exact Kings, it may save ya a lot of money on sampling a bunch of different pellets. Also they perform well on most small game say up to raccoon sized animals. Shawn

    Things I liked:

These pellets are accurate in my .25 Synrod tuned for 850 fps with 25 gr JSB's. Fairly clean. Hard ... lots of penetration. Stable flight.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing.

    What others should know:

These fly very well downrange. I've taken plenty of rabbits past 50 yards with these with excellent penetration and knockdown power. They are a little dirty but I always recommend washing and re oiling a new tin.

    Things I liked:

One of the best pellets for my Benjamin Marauder 25 cal. Precise in weight and size, very uniform. Very accurate out to my tested 55 yards, 3/4" groups on windy days. Will stack pellets out to 40 yards.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing

    What others should know:

Shoot very well at around 850 FPS, that seems to be the best speed for my groups, but still shoot excellent beyond 850 FPS. I like the 800 to 850 fps which gives me more shots per fill in my Benjamin Marauder with plenty of energy and good groups out to 55 yards. Haven't shot them beyond that for grouping yet! The 25.4 grain pellets shoot just as well as these with no complaints.

    Things I liked:

Good Quality, Good Value, Good Design, Great Function

    Things I would have changed:

Maybe a little on the tip design to be able to reach out a little more accurate at 100yds (yes..100 yards)

    What others should know:

In my M-Rod these Dest will do 3/4 inch groups at 50yds. I think with a little more dome shape to them, they will reach out to 75yds with the same 3/4 inch grouping. My best so far is a Starling (devil bird) at 103 lazered yards and a gray digger at 106 yards and a Rock Chuck at 109 yards. In my M-Rod these are a good pellet, Try them in your .25 and see if they are any better than others you've tried.

I like this pellet because it hits hard, has the ability. To crush skulls of the animal you are hunting.

    Things I would have changed:

I would make these pellet alittle shorter, that would make it more deadly!!!

    What others should know:

Over all these are great to hunt with, I will buy these for sure

    Things I liked:

I'm using this pellet in my Hatsan 125TH - it made all the difference- now my 125 is the true hunting gun. Straight shots at 20 to 40 yards with open sights, just what I was looking for in this caliber. Excellent uniformity just like the CP 14.3. They fit nice and snug in my 125 easy to load, but firm even fit.

    Things I would have changed:

    250 count instead of 200

    What others should know:

Dome pellets in my opinion ,in this caliber outperforms pointed ones, specially the cheap Chinese ones. This pellet does honor to American made.

    Things I liked:

Good quality pellet for my Benjamin Marauder. Found them more consistent that some other quality brands and the accuracy was excellent.

    Things I would have changed:

Not sure anything needs changing unless you wanted a heavier hunting pellet of the same quality design for the 25 caliber Marauder for bigger game.

    What others should know:

I'm stick to these Benjamin domed pellets for my Benjamin Marauder, after fine tuning my pellet speed and trigger adjustment I cant see how swapping to any other pellet could improve my accuracy. As the old adage goes "if it ain't broke don't fix it".

    Things I liked:

Different pellet guns shoot different from one to another. I just bought a new synthetic stock 25 caliber marauder. And bought four of the top selling pellets for that gun. Scoped my Marauder in with the Benjamin domed 27.8 WOW this pellet shoots great with my Marauder. I really don't feel the need to shoot the other pellets ! I will in time sence I already have them. And I will review them when that time comes. At 40 yards I can hit the balls off of a sycamore tree. Now that's shooting :)

    Things I would have changed:

A little lower price on the 25 caliber would be nice ! Still not a bad price !

    What others should know:

If you own a Benjamin marauder you owe it to yourself to buy the Benjamin dome 27.8

    Things I would have changed:

Horrible accuracy in my Cricket! Groups ranging over 1" at 25 yards in my very accurate Lonestar as well.

    What others should know:

Not sure if this is typical of this pellet, but just maybe I was unlucky enough to get some bad ones.

Good shape fairly clean no residue.

    Things I would have changed:

More per tin add another wieght (23grains).

    What others should know:

Have them down to 1.5" groups at 50yds with my Hatsan Mod 135.
